No Drain Assembly

I ordered two of these SPECIFICALLY because the description said that the item included the drain assembly. There was no drain assembly in either box. I had scheduled contractors to install them while they were doing a larger renovation project. It wasn't worth it to return just these 2 items and to have to pay the contractors to return at a later date. I called Lowes customer service and they just told me that I had to call the manufacturer---even though I bought the item from Lowes.

REPLACEMENT BATH

This facet is replacing a 25 yr old MOEN bath faucet. I was unable get any replacement parts. This PEERLESS facet works great ,it is smooth to operate, chrome is flawless. replacement was easy to install

I really like a single handled faucet; it's easier to use than one with two handles. Peerless faucets have been around for a long time and they are good faucets but i'm disappointed because I thought it was all chrome finish but the bottom under the spout isn't it just shows plastic.

Beautiful piece

This faucet is hefty and functions nicely. The installation was flawless, with it taking longer to get the old faucet out than getting the new one in. This was ordered to match the existing finishes in one bathroom. Will be ordering another in the satin nickel for the other bathroom. Very impressive and worth every penny.

Good price, good quality, very easy to install. A lot more difficult to remove the old faucet. Well packed, fast delivery.

Missing all drain parts.?

I like the faucet. Installation was easy. Did not receive drain assy. or any part of it. Had installation instructions just missing the parts. Is this a mistake or is it not included. Should definitely say parts "not included ". ?

Looks nice & does what it is supposed to do

Very good product for confined space. Operates smoothly & without force. Note that a stopper lever is not included but the faucet does accommodate one so my plumber attached one he hand on hand.

This one is different.

Notice the supply copper lines hang down. This is ok unless you are replacing this with a regular faucet. You may then find you need to get longer flexible supply lines. The cool thing with this one is that you can connect the supply lines first and drop them down through the sink holes. You will need a deep well socket and extension to tighten the nuts on the hold down bolts. The trick is keeping the split washer under the nut as you tighten them.

Price is reasonable

The price is exceptional. A few things to confided are that it doesn’t come with the draining part nor doesn’t have the lever to move the plunger up or down. Which was fine for me since I didn’t have one. The other things is that the bottom part of the spouts neck is plastic, not sure if that matters. Other than that it’s a reliable faucet. I have about 2 weeks and it’s working perfect.

I originally ordered 4 of these faucets. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that NONE of them worked. I then ordered ANOTHER 4 just to find that ALL 4 of those did NOT work either. I had to pay the plumber both times. I saw the plumber take them of the box, I'm sure it was not fishy. I called Peerless customer service and they told me that my house has issues. I even saw the plumber test multiple other faucets on the same lines that worked just fine. CLEARLY the common malfunction is the Peerless faucets. Disappointed that I wasted my TIME AND MONEY MULTIPLE TIMES. I think they could have done better to work with the issue.

I purchased two of these faucets for my bathroom and they work perfectly. They were easy to assemble as well.

I got tired of waiting for my husband to install this so i did and i couldn't believe how easy and fast it was. The directions was easy to understand. I think it took longer for me to get the old one out. The only thing i don't like is the aerator on it but i took mine off. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
