Wrong colored faucet in box. Ordered 3 of these in black, all came with boxes that showed faucet should be black but all came with satin nickel faucets. Returned. Home depot told me to contact manufacturer...called manufacturer and they told me to work with Home Depot. So waiting for a few months to try ordering again elsewhere...clearly wrong packaged wrong by manufacturer.

[Rewarded Review] Good Product but Really Frustrating Installation

This is the fourth InSinkErator unit that I have purchased over the last forty years or so. Unlike some of the reviews I have read, all of them have held up fairly well - much longer than the four or five years most people appear to be experiencing.
