The whole bathroom is completely done. The shower head and spout run at the same time. This is bad. Called customer service and they don’t know much. They asked to wait for someone to email back. Now we have to break tile and redo.

This product is trash and not worth 20$, I brought 3 and after a couple weeks I’m fight to get the water to only come out the top, you literally have to play around with the thing to work and that takes a couple of minutes, worst decision ever

Great product, don't go by the name it's not cheesy by any means. All the parts spout, trim plate, handle, shower head is all metal NOT PLASTIC like some of the big names. The rough-in valve all brass with built-in stops, so you can replace cartridge, and you don't have to shut off water supply. The shower head is the best, nice full even coverage with plenty of water. Had my set-up for more than 5 years, and it still looks new and works perfectly. If you like the style, then go for it it's reasonably priced and you won't be sorry.

Doesn’t work, little response from HD or Galcier

Water runs just fine to it, doesn’t come out. HD punted the issue to GB who has you leave a voicemail, 1-2 days to respond. We have to hold everything because of a defective valve. Everything on hold, this is not where you want to be.

Avoid like covid

I have two of these exact sets in my house and one works great and ther is a pain in the backside. One will not allow cold water to flow and most plumbers don't have parts for these products. Also forget about getting any warranty assistance because if you ask they just want your receipt that you won't have when they were installed by a contractor. I say avoid these like COVID. A 50 percent failure rate seems too much to me.
