Poor quality/doesn't work as intended
I was so excited about this purchase, unfortunately prior to installation we needed to get additional parts, and after the installation we discovered that the settings are not working as intended. Our unit does not have an option for rain shower to run alone, hand held part is constantly running when the top rain shower head is on. I am not sure it this is the faulty unit or if all of them are working like that, but it either case, after spending $300+ for this one would hope it worked better than the standard shower head. Definitely a bad purchase, still not sure how much it will cost me in labor to have it replaced.
a couple of things you should know....
Now that it's finished, I love it. Our installer had a devil of a time getting it to fit US plumbing standards in Florida. Also it did not include the "on-warm/cold-off dial". We had to buy additional hardware.
