Disappointed that water pressure is poor. Previous shower head had great pressure.

Paint Peels

I have contacted multiple VIGO customer service agents about peeling paint in several places on the shower tower.

Purchased the brush Gold but when the plumber came to fix it he informed me that the Mixer for the shower head was not included. Don't understand how wayfair sells this knowing that you will not be able to install it without buying a mixer which the company does not even sell. So you have to buy the mixer from another manufacturer and with the brushed gold did not want to take a risk of the mismatch. This has delayed our project by a week.

Water pressure is horrible but....

Look at the back where the water comes into the shower system and remove the connector to remove the regulator (meant for California). You can replace with one for your state but Vigo wanted to charge me for it. No thanks. Without the water regulator it works as advertised. With the regulator the shower head doesn't use all the holes and the hand wand... forget it; it just dribbles out. It's ONLY usable without the regulator. If you live in California, definitely don't buy this one

I love my new vigo shower panel, but the paint...

I love my new vigo shower panel, but the paint scratches off too easily. Particularly around where the shower head connects to the unit. I exchanged the first one I purchased because of this issue; but the second did the same thing. We installed it anyway, but I worry that the paint chipping/scratching will worsen over time.

Not a real shower panel. Avoid Vigo

I noticed about an hour after placing my order for this "shower panel" that it's not a real shower panel at all - but you really have to dig into the instructions in order to find this out. Vigo has created a very misleading page for this product.

Remodeled our home and decided to convert our master shower combo to a small walk-in. Every contractor told me it could not be done without shower panel made to fit this small shower. Nay, Wayfair had me covered. This shower panel was the first one I saw in my budget and desired finish. It sat under my bed waiting to prove our contractor wrong. When the day finally came, still paid less than HALF what just the install would be from a professional contractor for my entire purchase AND install.

Great rainfall shower panel

I really enjoy this shower panel. We finished our basement bathroom and decided to go with this and I love it. I have basic experience with plumbing and was able to install this myself. It was very easy! I would like to point out about 2 months after installing it, one of the hose clamps became unseated so I had to uninstall it and found several other clamps that weren't tight enough. Be sure to relay that to your contractor do they can tighten everything sufficiently before installing it. The first time I installed it I used bathroom silicone caulk to seal it all the way up each side, but just in case there are issues again I only sealed it like 6 inches on each side the second time around in case there are any further issues in the future.

The shower water patter is nice, and the wand works as expected, but the two jets are pretty useless. The shower head arm attachment to the housing is very cheap and bends even when you tighten it lightly. Too loose and the shower arm spins around and too tight it bends the attachment. Also, I found the hose connector that connects to the water pipe in the wall was too short. I had to remove it and go to Lowes to get another piece that was slightly longer. Ended up having to spend another $50 just to get it all to work. The wall mount brackets weren't very solid either. The whole unit moves around on the wall if you give it a little push. Giving 3 stars because it works, but not very impressed with it.

This is really a 4-5 star product, however, I am giving it 3 stars because the Vendor failed to provide adequate details in the description about the functions of the product. Upon receiving the product, it was clear this is an add-on to your existing shower head. The valve to turn on the water and control the temp is not part of this product.
