Worked very well to install a grab bar in a shower where wall studs could not be used.
Returned them as installer was able to hit stud on 3 of 4 fasteners so did not need to use these mounts.

Clear instructions
The instructions, and the video from Moen on the Home Depot site, made the installation clear. Only nit was that the long screws were just a bit too short, and I had to get 10mm longer screws.
I highly recommend using these to install a grab bar.
Easy to install
Very easy to install, but you could have put a little longer screws that go on to the plate
Is was only able to mount a bath rail on one stud in my shower so I used the Secure mount for the hollow wall support. This secure mount took some care to install as you need a 1-1/4 inch hole cut trough your tile. Once you have the hole cut the mount is easy to install. It worked well and is very strong.

Ended up not needing this part. Really difficult to return it for refund.
Apparently it only fits MOEN Grab bars. The spread of the threaded screw holes did not match up with the brand (DMI) of grab bar I have. Other than that it looks well built. Wish I could have used it. In place of this I just used 1/4-20 snap toggles. They should make other units that have different bolt spreads. This is the only one MOEN makes.
An excellent product to anchor a Safety Grab Bar to hold 300 lbs. in drywall. Very easy to install.
Excellent instructions and easy install for this handy man.
The bar meets all my expectations. The only difficulty was the effort to elongate mounting holes to match the Securemount plates (Moen product) used to anchor.
