Unhelpful customer service. One piece came dented and it’s been over 6 weeks and I haven’t received a replacement piece yet. Multiple calls and emails and I’ve been told it’s coming. Very frustrating

Easy ordering and exactly what we wanted

I was happy to find a kit with all of the pieces I needed for our bathroom in one place, and especially grateful that I did not have to think hard about which valves were needed. Having all the parts ready in one package was wonderful.

Love it!

It’s a perfect shower. I could stay there all day. The water temperature is adjust once and you don’t have to readjust it every time you shower. I highly recommend this shower faucet.

The piece is beautiful and works wonderfully. We call this bathroom the spa because of how relaxing the fixtures are, not to the eye and their performance.

Water Pressure

Purchased full set champagne bronze. First no cold water. The contractor called for new cartridge and now both cold and hot water work, but water pressure is lacking. Have excellent pressure in my house. Great sink faucet. How do you measure water pressure from shower head? Does Delta send a representative to look? Videos from Delta make it look very appealing, but that is not the case. Very sad after spending LOTS of money!

Cassidy shower - chrome

Effective rain shower when you can't put one in the ceiling. Easy to use and adjust. Nice solid volume control as well as temp settings. The rain shower head is pretty big, but looks nice. The chrome finish is perfect.

Beautiful shower trim

The Delta Cassidy shower trim is very pretty, and seems solidly made. Unfortunately, our plumber said it did not work with our existing shower valve and we sadly had to return it.

It hasn’t been used yet but it was just installed in our new shower and it looks fantastic. Better in person. So glad I chose this one.
