Plastic junk. Do not waste your money.

Product is universal and fit the old style Moen cartridge 1220/1225. It looks nice, however it is plastic and feels very cheap compared to the old, sturdy metal trim I took down, and it cost more than the new model Moen brand trim kits. With the cheap materials used, I can't imagine how it could possibly cost $60. We'll see how long it lasts. Seems like another instance of, "they don't make it like they used to."

Great Moen replacement parts

Replacement parts for Moen was the correct fit and easy to install. It came with some additional options. I wish there were more option for finish, butvit was close enough to what i needed.

Would have preferred a metal replacement like I removed, but I needed something ASAP on a Sunday evening and this did the trick!

I returned it back,I needed the cartridge.

Chrome started peeling off in less than 3 months.

Needed an extender kit due to thicker tile.

Fit perfectly for replacement of old Moen fixture for tub.

Although I was a bit skeptical to purchase because the original was a Moen. I purchased it on advisement of one of your mature associates. He was knowledgeable. The plumber installed it and it works very well. I hope it last a long time.

To be fair, I'm not sure if the problem part was the moen cartridge(bought new at same time as handle) or this handle, but I've never had issues with moen so I'm guessing it's this handle. I had to jimmy rig it to work because tightening the black plastic part onto the cartridge resulted in the metal sleeve and white plastic parts being super loose and wiggly. I had to improvise a separator to make the white plastic parts deeper so I could then tighten the black plastic part on and attach the handle.

Buy only if there is no other choice.

This part is cheap plastic and not worth the price at all.

Overall it worked, so I’m satisfied and happy that I was able to fix my shower handle problem. The instructions were vague regarding replacing the pull-out style, so I had to reference youtube which helped. But overall, i had to make trial and error attempts before figuring out I needed to use the plastic handle and not the metal handle to fit my style of pull-out handle.

I don't like that this is a universal product and not for my specific shower valve. It's also made of plastic and not as sturdy as I would like.

This was easy to install but disappointed in the quality. Faceplate is plastic and not sure how long this will last.

Not well made at all. Lightweight plastic trim plate...junk. Very disappointed. Did not fit my Moen assembly unless modified. Pre-set punch outs for modification were comical. Returned and reused my original trim plate (not too bad after cleaning and better quality) and purchased a OEM handle.
