The thermostat itself is good (northing special), however the primary reason I purchased is for the Ceilo Linked functionality. Unfortunately the Linked functionality is not ready for prime time. I have spend 2 weeks helping Cielo trouble shoot and identify issues. When I purchase a product, I don't expect to help trouble shoot software. When the Ceilo linked functionality is fixed, it will good.
