Amazing for those who don't want to keep changing their thermostat you can do it from your phone leave a set schedule or ask your Alexa to do it.

I had a old honey well thermostat and replaced it with amazon thermostat. Its working perfectly. I am paying almost 20% lesser than before.

Installed it a month ago in an Airbnb that I own and is working great so far. Needed the WI-FI thermostat to track the guest usage and temp. I can set the limits on the heat and AC settings, just what I needed.

This is perfection if you have an Alexa enabled home! It is easy to install and it is easier to program. It pairs with the HUB so easily and it is not too obvious for those who like a cleaner and subtle home aesthetic

The thermostat was easy to setup and work with but it has a really irritating interface. Family will often try to change the temp and end up setting the fan to be on 100% due to how it cycles through. I wish I could just set it to always be on auto.

I purchased for installation in my elderly father's home. Product worked perfectly for 5 months over the summer keeping his home at 74 degrees. One afternoon I entered the home and it was quite cold. The thermostat displayed "Hi" on its faceplate and was unresponsive to manual inputs. The Alexa app on my father's home indicated that the unit believed the home's temperature was 127F, so it was probably trying to cool it from that point. Since the thermostat would not respond to any input from the app, I restarted it be removing and reinstalling the faceplate, which corrected the issue. However, it reoccurred a couple of days later. Now I am living the nightmare of trying to get a refund, replacement, or repair on the item under Amazon's 1-year limited warranty. Best Buy will not help me since I'm outside of their return window, and Amazon isn't helping because I didn't order it from them on my account. I recommend staying away from this item.

I purchased two of these to replace my gen 1 Nest thermostats after getting some kind of error code and shorting out my furnace circuit board. They were very simple to install (about 5 minutes) and work through the Alexa app.

I purchased this to try and cut down my AC bills this summer. It shaved off at least $40 to $60 in the first month alone. I did not have a c wire, but I created a jumper wire with the help of tech on the internet. I would recommend having a C wire if possible. If not, check with Homewell, who makes this, to see what your options might be before purchasing.

For the price, it is hard to criticize this device. It does everything it needs to and more sometimes. It was a very easy installation and it looks very nice as it is sleep discrete. The one gripe I do have with it is the manual controls on the thermostat itself. Theres no easy way to go from say cool to heat without cycling through eco, cool with fan, cool without fan, heat with whatever and so on. Lots of clicks to turn it off or cycle through. The app works and looks great too in my opinion, though at times it can take a minute to load up the thermostat. Overall though, very good device and even better if you can be patient

We now have 4 of these between 2 homes and absolutely love them! Worked without any issues for several years, intuitive, easy to install, and less expensive than others on the market. And controllable via Alexa or app.
