This chair is more beautiful than I expected. I didn't realize the back had a subtle pattern in the fabric which is very nice. However, I am so disappointed because it is very uncomfortable. It was surprising the first time I sat on the chair and there was very little give and the seat is very high off the ground such that my feet dangle (I'm only 5ft 3in however). My husband's feet hit the ground (he is 6 ft tall) but he said he couldn't sit in this chair for long as it was too uncomfortable for him as well. It might work for some situations as esthetically it is a 5 star chair.

The seats are very comfortable besides being beautiful. Better than what we imagined.

I really like the chairs but I have had two buttons come off and they can not be replaced (tried through A.R.T or put back on without destroying the chair. They have to be put on through the back. I would think twice before buying these chairs.

You know you've reached DIY designer status when your PARENTS copy your style. My dad was so impressed the Arch Salvage Chair that he muttered, if I knew it was going to look like THAT, I would've told your mother to order a second one.
