I got this King Size on sale for 599 it has all the features of $1200-2000 variants and it operates as it should. Only reason I’m not putting 5 stars is because the packaging when delivered was very beat up, open on both ends, and tears in the box, which seems very unprofessional but the delivery driver did help me load it into my truck it wasn’t just left on my curb. Also adjustable height would be nice. Over all great product, amazing sale, but unsafe delivery, highly recommended 2 year warranty.

I can’t give an honest review of the product since I can’t use it but I can review Wayfaira white glove delivery service. After setting an appointment for white glove delivery, I received a call saying they were not equipped to set up the bed base as per our purchase agreement.

Delivery was fine. Workers were in a hurry and seemed irritated that I asked about two things I found on my floor. Ended up being protectors to bed legs.

Ordering, customer service, delivery, and set up went great. We have used the bed for a few weeks now with no issues. They are packaged very good to handle shipping. We are very pleased with the price and ease of set up and use. I would definitely recommend it. As a note it will require a couple people to carry it, they are heavy. But this is what I would expect to be durable over time.

Love the bed frame - but be aware - it says Clara Clark in the ad but a NESTL frame comes. Which means I could potentially have gotten it somewhere else faster and cheaper. I attached it to a Magallanes Upholstered Panel Headboard - which meant I had to buy brackets ... fortunately my brother and husband are handy and were able to drill different holes to attach brackets - it was NOT an easy connection - they "almost" gave up. But I LOVE it = great quality

It is just awesome. The pros - it works as described, easy to setup, and the remote is wonderful to use. The cons - it's just a little slow and a little loud to adjust.

The delivery has been delayed 3 times for a total of 3 weeks. Ordered July 3rd and have had zero updates on delivery. I finally was able to email the shipping company Estes and was still told the package would arrive on 7/22. It is now 7/24 with no update and no reason for nearly a month long delay. Initial shipping said 7-10 days. TAKE THIS PRODUCT DOWN or help me get what I paid for into my house. Zero stars
