Queen size sags on the sides

Two months in, the part of the base that holds the mattress is sagging on the side -- more than a couple inches from the middle to the edge. This seems to be a design flaw because it is only lifted from the middle and is not well supported to the edges.

Great base for support and adds some sophisticated styling. Full range of motion and settings and the underbed lights are pretty cool. I wish I could program the underbed lights to come on at night to work as a nightlight when I am going to bed.

Base

I wouldn’t know how the bed is since the “delivery” people said they could not get it to the second floor. It was too big and heavy and should be a split. I have a deck off the primary they could have brought it up but they don’t do that bc if it gets damaged they are responsible. So I have a mattress with no frame bc it had to be returned. Now I will also have to return the mattress. I’ve always been a loyal customer but won’t be ordering furniture from Macy’s again.

Unbelievable Bed. Absolutely Amazing!

This bed has been game changing for my mom who has had rheumatoid arthritis for 50+ years. She has relied on my dad to get her out of bed for the past 10+ years. And she now has the freedom to get in and out on her own. It’s amazing. We should’ve purchased this years ago. I highly recommend it.

Finally Spent the money

This mattress is surely impressive. My wife and I have noticed deeper sleep and waking up refreshed. Here’s to many more nights and looking forward to pulling back the covers.

Great bed but terrible service

The bed frame is great! I bought it for health reasons and it has improved my health in a such a short time. However the white glove service was definitely dirty.

I will definitely continue to only buy Beautyrest!

I will definitely say this was my best decision ever to purchase the Beautyrest Black Luxury Motion Adjustable Base! It has some many different types of different positions! My new Beautyrest Soft mattress makes me feel like I'm sleeping on clouds! I sleep throughout the night without tossing and turning!! It's absolutely sensational!!!

Best thing ever!!!The bigger the base the more powerful the massage! We have two twin bases pushed together to make a king. My husband's mattress is firm mine is plush. We love base. We all have a queen base in our guest room. Very popular with out guests.

Super easy remote control

Only have it for 4 days but my mom loves it. The remote is super easy to learn. If a 74 year old lady who does not speak/read English very well and is able to figure it out in one evening, anyone can.

Great adjustable base! The rumble feature alongside the zero-g position incredibly relaxing. Aesthetically very nice and built very solidly. Wife and I love it!

Inferno of comfort

I can 100% say that this bed is the most comfortable bed I have been on for the first 4 hours. No back pains, arms don't go numb, fall asleep right away. After that the bed turns into a stove top in which you can cook eggs on. I am a hot sleeper, my wife is not, both her and I find it too hot. Putting something between you and the mattress does not help. Do your self a favor and get something else

Overly priced

This base seems to have needed features, however, in reality it’s not needed and barely used. The combo of the base with the mattress makes it too for average bed but can’t remove those adjustable height bases as it won’t fit the bed frame that the store claimed it will fit.

Amazing

An adjustable bed frame is just a must have. This beautyrest frame has all the features and helps provide an outstanding sleep experience. Zero gravity is the ultimate sleeping position. This model has a very nice skirting that looks great. I ensured I have the extended warranty just incase. It is extremely heavy for the delivery crew to manoeuvre so make sure you can fit it through your spaces.

Happy Uncle

This was purchased for my Uncle is 80 years old and has circulation problem in his legs. We looked at all of the adjustable beds and this one was the best . It comes as it looks with a strudy frame. He was able to attach his headboard to this unit with no problems. He is elated at all of the functions that it has.

Excellent Adjustable Bed Base

This is our bed base for our master bedroom. Zero gravity position is great for bedtime TV viewing. The one touch to return to flat is very handy as are the memory settings for favorite positions. I like the upholstered base and it fit nicely in our custom bed.

Great Adjustable Base

Purchased with a new Beautyrest Black K Class Plush Pillow Top Mattress. The Base is fantastic. Love the Zero Gravity and under bed lights. Not sure we will use the vibration much, sure like the variable positions.

We recently ordered this item in tandem with the Luxury Solutions Memory Foam Mattress (Double Twin XL). Before placing the order, we were on the phone with Wayfair support to determine what frame and mattress to purchase. We explained to the Wayfair rep we wanted to be able to have one person sit up while the other is laying down. The Wayfair rep recommended the Divided King bed frame and reaffirmed that was the best option based on our goals multiple times. We also confirmed that the Luxury Solutions Double Twin XL mattress was compatible with this frame. So we placed our order, and these two items were delivered and set up last week. We quickly realized that we were misadvised on ordering a Divided King frame, as it is split width-wise (just below the head) rather than length wise. Because of this, we aren’t able to move our sides of the bed separately, the only option is for them to move together. After further research, we realized the correct frame was the "Split King." So now we have a bed frame that does not accomplish our primary goal, and a set of mattresses that are incompatible with the frame - they slide off when the bed is adjusted up or down.

Some issues

I?m rating my mattress as 3 stars and I believe it?s because its too soft for me. I also bought an adjustable queen bed. The beds works very well; however because of the mattress I?m having some discomfort issues. I need to return the mattress for a different fit. Not too pleased with the fact that there will be a charge for returning it?I wasn?t made aware of that upon the purchase.

Very Happy With Purchase!

This is great! I love all the features. The massage function is great! The built in under bed lighting is what I wanted and I love it. I wish it was automatic though. As far as I know you have to use remote to turn on the light. I chose this base because my husband needed a bed that would adjust to raise the head of the be bed. The base looks so nice. It's padded and if you have to go around the bed there is nothing that is going to stick out and hurt you. The USB's are a nice feature. I haven't used them yet. I used my 4 year old mattress on this base and it is amazing how much better it feels. I guess the best feature for me is I can raise the head or feet according to my needs and the massage. The rest of the features are extra perks. I'm so happy I got this!
