Queen size sags on the sides

Two months in, the part of the base that holds the mattress is sagging on the side -- more than a couple inches from the middle to the edge. This seems to be a design flaw because it is only lifted from the middle and is not well supported to the edges.

Great base for support and adds some sophisticated styling. Full range of motion and settings and the underbed lights are pretty cool. I wish I could program the underbed lights to come on at night to work as a nightlight when I am going to bed.

Base

I wouldn’t know how the bed is since the “delivery” people said they could not get it to the second floor. It was too big and heavy and should be a split. I have a deck off the primary they could have brought it up but they don’t do that bc if it gets damaged they are responsible. So I have a mattress with no frame bc it had to be returned. Now I will also have to return the mattress. I’ve always been a loyal customer but won’t be ordering furniture from Macy’s again.

Unbelievable Bed. Absolutely Amazing!

This bed has been game changing for my mom who has had rheumatoid arthritis for 50+ years. She has relied on my dad to get her out of bed for the past 10+ years. And she now has the freedom to get in and out on her own. It’s amazing. We should’ve purchased this years ago. I highly recommend it.

Finally Spent the money

This mattress is surely impressive. My wife and I have noticed deeper sleep and waking up refreshed. Here’s to many more nights and looking forward to pulling back the covers.

Great bed but terrible service

The bed frame is great! I bought it for health reasons and it has improved my health in a such a short time. However the white glove service was definitely dirty.

I will definitely continue to only buy Beautyrest!

I will definitely say this was my best decision ever to purchase the Beautyrest Black Luxury Motion Adjustable Base! It has some many different types of different positions! My new Beautyrest Soft mattress makes me feel like I'm sleeping on clouds! I sleep throughout the night without tossing and turning!! It's absolutely sensational!!!

Best thing ever!!!The bigger the base the more powerful the massage! We have two twin bases pushed together to make a king. My husband's mattress is firm mine is plush. We love base. We all have a queen base in our guest room. Very popular with out guests.

Super easy remote control

Only have it for 4 days but my mom loves it. The remote is super easy to learn. If a 74 year old lady who does not speak/read English very well and is able to figure it out in one evening, anyone can.

Great adjustable base! The rumble feature alongside the zero-g position incredibly relaxing. Aesthetically very nice and built very solidly. Wife and I love it!
