I love these chairs. Very high quality and fast shipping!
These was quite the disaster for a large exterior project. One chair was lost in transit via Fedex. The other upon arrival was duly constructed by the third party team hired. After construction on inspection underneath the arm was significant damage and after inspection the cushion also looked like it had a burn mark or similar. It was clear this was a past return. The client then did not want to pay for it to be dismantled and Wayfair refused to simply send the damage parts for a repair and insisted on the whole chair being returned. Well the boxes these come in are not boxes but wrapped cardboard so there was no packaging in a usable state combined with the fact they way these are constructed and tightened it would take another crew to come out (client was an older lady who could not do this directly) and another high cost to dismantle. Fedex refused to take it as a whole chair, and Wayfair after multiple chats (and ignored emails might I add to their business email address for Pro accounts) still haven't solved for this chair and it's return. Avoid this item due to the faults present and lack of sensible customer care available.
Handsome chairs with deep seating and clean lines. Very easy to assemble in 30 minutes (for a 76 year old grandmother solo). Cushions are a bit firm but trust they will relax in time.
