This purchase did not meet our expectations. We received multiple messages from Wayfair and each one had different estimated delivery dates. The dates kept changing and were totally unreliable. This delayed the timeframe for this project with our contractor We had to call Wayfair customer service twice to find out where our order was. Finally, one of the customer service reps started an investigation. Only after this action did we receive our order within a few days. While installing this shower door, our contractor discovered that the parts were not correct. The box said that the door could be installed for a bathtub or a shower. The framing we received was only long enough for a bathtub installation. Rather than deal with Wayfair's customer service department and potential delays/red tape, I contacted the manuafacturer directly and they were very accomodating in responding to my concern and expediting shipment of the missing part to my home.

Shower Door Shattered, Rough Delivery Handlers, but Good Customer Service

The shower door showed up a little late with footprints on box. When shower door was being installed, it shattered in the contractors hands. Customer service was great, but gave a tracking number for Conway that wasn’t traceable. It showed up at my gate without notice upside down with the bottom ripped open. The glass did have a small scratch. Keeping the extra door just in case. Overall the product is ok, but they sure use some rough delivery handlers. If I had to order again something like this, I’d order from a big box store and pick up.

Not a good experience (except with your customer service Dept. which was first class). The first door arrived with about 16 missing parts. Lastly, the procedure for installing the handles and towel bar was very poor and the parts could have been designed to fit better. The towel bar itself was almost 1/2" too long and would not install until I cut it down.

Waited a month but it was well worth it the whole bathroom is in the oil brush bronze

Dangerous Product

I usually install Delta shower doors. I think I ordered this brand off the net by mistake. This is a dangerous product. Most of the pieces do not fit and are poorly made. Bumpers & handles don't fit, safety-T header is poorly designed and does not install per instructions. Almost every aspect is poor. And the ill-fitting handles & towel bar will probably break the tempered glass. It's a miracle they went on at all without breaking the glass. Please stay away from this product.

Shipping was amazing! No damage to the product at all. Instructions were a bit challenging to follow at times, but extremely easy to assemble I would use it again.

This shower door assembly was well packaged and delivered quickly. However, there were missing parts (screws) and the instructions directed me to secure a section via pre-drilled holes but there were no pre-drilled holes. Also, the instructions were terribly written. I am handy and have a lot of my own tools but if I did not this would have been more of the giant challenge it was. If I had to do it again, I would look for another door assembly.

Trying Wayfair for the 1st time (and last time) has been an absolute nightmare. I ordered this product on 7/16/2023 because their website said that it was in stock & would ship quickly. Over 41 days and I had not received it, so I cancelled the order and then it shows up the next day. Now the refund process has been missed handled by Wayfair and I still have not received my refund even though I have followed their instructions. Every person that I speak to at Wayfair cannot be taken at their word as the story changes every time you speak to someone there. I would not recommend ever doing business with this company.
