Came with a pencil mark on the black matte insert. Had to use the insert backwards. Receipt on box it was shipped in said it cost $11.47 but Walmart charged me $24.97.

Love the frame; I have had it for about five years, and it is still holding up well.

Pretty frame, difficult to use

There was a very adhesive sticker on the glass that was hard to remove completely. The staircase plastic hanging mechanisms on the back made nail placement very complicated. I would have preferred the old method with the hooks that can move slightly and catch onto the nails.

Nice Frames But....

I ordered two of these frames and while they look really nice, I have a few problems. First one of the frames has two problems, it’s missing one of its plastic wall grabber things and one of its clips that holds its backing against the frame. The other frame has all its parts thank god. I do however dislike the plastic wall grabber things and I wouldn’t have purchased the frames had I known that’s what they had. I’m going to have my dad look at the frames and their plastic parts to see if they are even worth fighting with to hang.

Nice quality frame & mat!

I bought 18 Gallery frames for a photo wall and was very surprised how reasonably priced they were. I read the reviews & people seemed to like the quality so I went ahead with the purchase. I liked them so much that I bought 2 more in black for another project. The mats are very nice and add a nice dimension to the frames.

Disappointed, poorly put together

The back of the frame does not stay on it. There are these black clips that are very loose and don’t keep the backing in place. I am very disappointed in the mechanics of the frame. Although, it has quality materials that actually are what the frame and matte are made.

Came in a very protected box, nice frame. Perfect for what I wanted to frame.

Cheap and terrible hanging system – Returned!

These frames were so cheap I had to return them. The worst part was the hanging system that's supposed to make it easier to hang. Wrong. They made them basically impossible to hang because of how cheap they were. You're supposed to put two nails in so that it's 'always straight and level' but the mounts move around, making it basically impossible to figure out an accurate measurement. On top of the hanging system, the matting inside the frame was warped and so unattractive. I realize that the price point of these is low, making them an easy choice, but pay a few bucks and invest in something nicer. These frames are not good quality at all.

I just love these Gallery Solutions Black Wood Frame with Airfloat Mats. They are very versatile in that I can use it without any of the mats or choose 1 or both mats to frame a favorite picture. These are very modern looking, well made, and great from any vantage point. Sorry the pictures were so dark. It was very cloudy and raining that day...

This photo frame is amazing. It's beautiful in my diving room. Came very fast and boxes perfectly. It's much nicer than the picture looks. Great buy!
