Bought 2 different colors for a total of 8. Had to send back one due to damage and another arrived with one side crooked/not symmetrical that I just dealt with. For the price these should have glass.

I gave quality a “4” because the hanger and one of the closures on the last frame I opened was not attached. I immediately contacted the seller and they are sending out a replacement back. My husband rigged something up in the meantime, so I could hang the 4 prints in my kitchen! . I would purchase these again!

Great Frames

These frames were very nice and just what I needed for my project.

Sent it back. Color and quality were not acceptable. One of the mats was bent.

I was very pleased with these frames. Exactly the right size. I gave 4 stars only because the white MATS need to be cut out if you don't want them or have another mat to use. It would have been better to have a loose mat that could be changed if wanted. Other than that, the frames are sturdy, clean and cut exactly. Nice classic , no frills , clean wood frames.

This set of frames met my expectations as to quality and description. I didn't want to pay the high price for professional frames, so these "fit the bill." . . One of the frames was damaged, but they replaced it quickly without my having to return the it. Good customer service!

I ordered 6 frames for a gallery wall and 2 arrived broken. The seller was quick to replace them at no cost to me in a very timely manner. The 2 new ones arrived in excellent condition and I'm excited to use these frames in my new home. They are great quality and an excellent value.

These frames are beautiful! Purchased them to go into my newly renovated office. The quality is superb. These. frames are heavier in weight so keep that in mind when putting them up on your walls.

These frames are great. I purchased 3 sets to create a gallery wall in my entryway. Out of the 6 I received 1 of the mattes was an off white/ivory color and different than the others. I just flipped it around on the back side which was true white and matched the others. It was a bit tedious to hang the frames since there are 2 triangle hooks for the nails on the back that you have to line up in order to be level.

I ordered 12 of these for a wall gallery. Hard to tell quality with an on-line purchase, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The frames arrived without any dings pr scratches and look beautiful! Very happy with quality!

The color of the frame is much lighter. Horrible backing on the frame. I hung it up and the bracket broke and crashed on the floor.

Ordered two sets of 16x20 frames for gallery wall. Sets were shipped individually and delivered on different days. Both sets were short two of the four frames that should come in the set. Worked with customer service and they were able to correct and ship the balance of my order. Frames are nice. Good option when needing lots of larger frames. You will need to add sawtooth hangers or add hanging wire to back for easier hanging.

I originally only recieved 2 frames but the order says 4. I contacted O and they sent me another one but it only has 2 fames as well. They may charge me for both orders because I did not return the first package as I need 4 frames. Just make sure that you know the number you are getting. They are beautiful frames though that is why I am giving it a 5.

The product itself looks nice. The fasteners on the back could be better quality but you get what you pay for. So for the price a good product. They had only sent me one box of 2 frames, this was disappointing so I contacted customer service. It was a easy streamline process and I received the other 2 frames in a few business days. It was why I gave the product 5 stars; good price, great customer service if something is amiss, and nice looking product.

Love these frames! I kept the insert in two of them and made them into 5x7. They were easy to hang and don’t have a cheap look to them. I would highly recommend!

great deal for the price! i have looked everywhere for white frames. they are either overpriced or not sturdy enough.. these are perfect!
