Extremely pleased with this product. I used these frames to frame some antique metal signs for my son’s law office. The finished product looks like it was done by a professional. The frames do not detract from the signs and no mat is needed.

Damaged upon receipt

This document frame was wrapped in a single sheet of bubble wrap. The glass was cracked in the shape of a V, as if someone stepped on the box right in the middle.

Frame looked really nice and was wrapped in bubble wrap, but arrived cracked. I don’t think it’s realistic to ship it with both pieces of glass touching. Did not keep it

Excellent quality and packaging

This is a beautiful frame and exceptional quality, especially for its price (currently $15.00). The wood is solid, virtually unmarred and has a lovely espresso finish. The glass is thick and blemish free. I made a mistake and didn't realize this fram was a "floating frame" (I thought that the white background was a mat!) so I won't be able to use it for my purposes, unfortunately. I'm hoping to find another that matches its quality.

Poor wrapping

When I received the package in the mail I heard it rattling from broken glass. I opened one end of the box and could see broken glass. I also noticed that there was very little bubble wrap to protect the games. I have returned them and will be ordering them again, hoping this time they will be properly wrapped.
