BUILD.COM is GREAT - the faucet was disappointing
Experience with Build.com was fine, but this $1100 faucet BUT THE FAUCET HANDLE THAT YOU PULL OUT IS PLASTIC - GO FIGURE!
Stands by its product
When we remodeled 12 years ago, we installed this Rohl faucet. Recently, the faucet's swivel mechanism failed, making it difficult to swivel the faucet from side to side. I called Rohl's support and explained the problem and how long ago we installed the faucet. The support person said that they'd changed the swivel mechanism and that it wouldn't be possible to provide a part to resolve the issue. However, Rohl would provide a new faucet that includes the new swivel mechanism, which they did. Fantastic! It's great when a vendor stands by its product and provides good customer support.
Faucet
Fantastic faucet. Very high quality
Rohl Faucet
Originally, I was not happy with this faucet as it had some blemishes on it, but Build.com was terrific with their customer service and sent a new one. I love the polished nickel, the ease of using the faucet and love that I was able to find one that is lower and sophisticated without getting one of the new higher models that would end up interfering with my kitcehn window!

This faucet is high quality and heavy duty. It is a replacement for a 14 year old high end faucet and I am please with its look, operation, and installation ease.
Rohl Kitchen Faucet R77V3STN
WE selected this faucet for our kitchen remodel in 2005. Within about 7 years the base corroded and the swivel mechanism no longer worked. We replace it at that time and again the swivel mechanism is almost unusable, the base has corroded and the handle is loose. In addition the expandable metal hose which is housed in the faucet body no longer fits in the faucet body and occasionally leaks and floods the under the sink cabinet. I will not be replacing it again. I think it is an expensive piece of junk.

Stylish and functional. We had a Rohl for 20 years before it started to leak a bit. I hope this one is as well designed.
Highway Robbery
Bought this overpriced faucet for our kitchen remodel in 2007. Had the same problem with the swivel seizing up a couple of years in. Also have had to replace the cartridge inside

The product that was pictured on the website and on the front of the box did not match the product inside. This faucet was redesigned. The top part of the faucet is much shorter in length now ( probably about 2 inches) which made the height of the faucet even lower than in the picture. I was very disappointed when the faucet finally arrived and returned it.
WORKHORSE
I bought this over 10 years ago for a luxury rental condo. I bought it in the bronze color. It has aged beautifully and I have had no repairs, not one issue. I love it.
They improved this recently
Called Rohl and found out they fixed the seizing of the faucet when turning. They sent out replacement update kit for my 7 yrs old faucet free of charge and it now works great. Bought another one for my other sink and it looks and works great.
Had this faucet for 8 years. I never knew, until a plumber who was fixing another issue told me recently ,that it had a swivel mechanism. It never worked! It's also leaking so my plumber told me Rohl should replace it .However since I don't have a sales receipt , I have to buy a new 800.00 unit.
Seriously. Don't buy this faucet.
I bought these faucets for my two kitchen sinks 8 years ago and both seized up. I paid the $150/each (!!) for replacements and the new ones could swivel but not provide decent water pressure. Listening to my plumber talk to Rohl on the phone was like watching a bad SNL skit. I've lived with these lousy faucets for too long and am finally replacing them.
Highly disappointed
I had this faucet installed by my kitchen remodel company 7 years ago . It has eroded at the base, the finish is dispicible and it will not swivel without a very, very hard shove. I am so dissatisfied ...in the market presently for a new faucet....not a ROHL...that's for darn sure!

Beautiful and solidly built, but still trying to stop leaking after shut off (it leaks for about 20 seconds) and button sprayer won't always stay on when pushed (about 20% success). Trying to decide if I should return or live with it, but at this price it should be flawless. How hard can it be to make a good faucet?
Disappointed
We bought this faucet in 2006 for our new home. We thought if we spent more money we would have a long lasting faucet. Well, that has not been the case. In the last year the lever has loosened and come off in my hand. I have received repair parts from Rohl twice and they have not helped.I am extremely disappointed in the product. I have asked about a warranty and this wasn't offered.
Beautiful Faucet but Low Pressure
Bought this faucet for kitchen remodel about 16 months ago. It is beautiful in Polished Nickel and no problems with swivel mechanism freezing up; however, I wish there was as much water pressure, especially when using the spray function, as there was with my inexpensive Moen that I had previously. Plumbers say that it is working as intended.
Do NOT buy this fauce!
We purchased this Rohl faucet 5 1/2 years ago when we remodeled our kitchen. It has been nothing but trouble since! About every 6 months, the swivel mechanism seizes up and you cannot move the faucet. We have to rely on the pull-out sprayer to reach the other side of the divided sink. Rohl customer service will send a replacement mechanism for free, but will not replace the faucet (the new ones supposedly do not have the swivel issue) but they want $150 for the replacement. I think we spent enough on this hunk of junk the 1st time we bought it. Save yourself a ton of trouble and go with what you know - buy Delta, Moen, or Koehler.
Purchased this faucet for our remodeled kitchen and love it! It is well made and very reasonable in price.
