Missing screws to stool

I purchased 2 vanities one pink and 1 purple for my Granddaughters. My Son put the vanities both together no problem. But the purple vanities’s stool was missing the long screws.

Mirror arrived broken though covered with protection, so they must've known that they were shipping a defective item for a child and just didn't care!

Seller not responsive

The mirror of the vanity is damaged. I’ve reached out to the seller twice regarding replacement and have not received a response.

Flaws, cracks in brand new item - good customer service.

We received this item brand new with a huge scratch across the top, and cracks along the stool legs. The company was wonderful in terms of customer service and sent a replacement right away. The replacement also had cracks, so we gave up. We're keeping the items, wish it were flawless as a brand new item should be.

Everything is good except the middle mirror. It’s like a fun house mirror at a carnival. Pretty disappointed, we need this fixed.

This vanity was easy to put together and so beautiful it’s sturdy and stays together so good no worries about it falling apart like other vanity’s I have bought

Exceeded expectations

The quality exceeded our expectations. Easy to assemble. Feels solid and looks great! We were so pleased we purchased a second one for our younger daughter. The cover on the stool opens and there is a little storage area inside, which was a nice surprise. We will definitely buy from Guide Craft in the future.

Excellent product

This is very well built and packaged excellent. The colour is a very pretty pink that almost looks like chalk paint. I would recommend this product, it's built to last.

The mirror is cloudy and scratched. You cannot see your reflection. I should not recommend to purchase. Very disappointed.

Absolutely love it! It's the perfect size for my 3 year old and she can grow into it as well. It's well made and the extra storage in the stool is useful. Very easy to put together and the shipment arrived in 3 days. Couldn't be happier!

PERFECT for a little girl

I will start by saying: remove the plastic from the mirrors! Disassemble them from behind and remove the film. The mirrors will be clear. I say this because a lot of people think these are those cheap mirrors that come with some toys. They're not, they just forget to remove the plastic.
