I'm rating this low because we were forced to purchase a second set when the first one failed (the brass waterway cracked) resulting in water damage to our wall under the deck mounted tub. Customer service for the manufacturer is non-existent! We reached out several times asking to buy just that part and they never responded, so we had to buy the whole assembly again - just for the one part.
Love this faucet and have purchased two, however good luck finding replacement parts.
