A very suitable airtight container at a very reasonable price. I never had any problems with Lock & Lock containers. Recommended over the cheaper ones, especially if being airtight is important.

FOR POOLISH PREFERMENT

I use this for my bread starter. Half cup flour, half cup water and a pinch of yeast. Stir. Twist lid on. Let it sit for 14 to 16 hours for the preferment to develop good flavor. Add it in to the difference in the rest of the ingredients, before kneading. Works out great.

This is the perfect size for leftover sauces & soup. The lid seals nicely & easily fits in the freezer.

Perfect size

I needed a container to put my chocolate milk in to take to work. This is the perfect size and the lid twists on so it won’t leak if it spills. I am very happy with this purchase.
