Well-designed, useful dispenser bottle.

I REALLY like this dispenser, although I do not use it for olive oil. It would be great for olive oil, of course, so I am going to offer my overall comments...whether you intend to use it for olive oil or something else.

This is a thick glass bottle of good quality and color. However, the cork portion has no stopper for the top so there is no way to keep freshness in and dust and bugs out.

I'm using this as a dispenser for olive oil. I'm finding it to be of much greater quality than a similar one I'd purchased elsewhere. It does a great job of controlling how much oil comes out and it has a nice heft and balance to it, like it's going to last a long time. Very pleased.

Bottle works well- no leaks! The only con would be the lack of a cap to plug the spout when not in use. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the purchase.

Elegant and Functional

I've never loved the look of having a dish soap bottle sitting on my counter. So, I got this glass dispenser and added dish soap to it. The dish soap will still flow out of it well, although not quite as quickly. I like that though, because it makes it easier to use the right amount of dish soap every time. If you decide to add dish soap to your glass dispenser, know that the first day you add it, there may be air bubbles. They may make the soap come out really slowly. I recommend filling the dispenser before bed to help with that. You can even pop the top off it if the air bubbles still haven't dissipated yet and use it that way until they do. I think it takes about 24 hours until the air bubbles are pretty much gone after filling or refilling the glass dispenser. It's worth it though.
