I used this for deviled eggs. This was so easy and made very pretty eggs for a get together. Lots of different tips to choose from. Would buy this again but good quality so I will not need to.

Decorator plus

Love this but the little tab around the screw snapped off so I now have to use 2 hands to squeeze out. Wish they would sell a replacement part for the plunger. I’ve had no problems other than the small plastic tab snapping off:broken_heart:

Decorating is almost Effortless

This is a great product. It makes decorating fun and not complicated. It is easier to get a smooth finish than trying to squeeze a bag. . . Wish I could find replacement couplers. They are too easy to crack.

Made me look like a professional

I am so thankful I found this decorating tool. I had a lot of trouble using the bags, but I was an absolute newby to decorating cakes besides just regular store bought icing. I tried this next and I was so excited how much easier it was for me. I made 4 cakes last week just so I could try different decorating designs. My neighbors loved them lol. I am so thankful and excited to keep learning more design techniques.

the tool itself is nice,

the tool itself is nice, the couplers attach the tips easily. the results are okay--after a couple practice pipes, I was off and running. Precision-wise, double-baked potatoes looked amazing, but frosting (swiss meringue buttercream turned out to look really ham-fisted, like something a child might do. But, I don't have a ton of luck with a pastry bag and tips either.

My old one broke but lasted a long time. This is a great product. I use it for making deviled eggs.

Easy to use. Makes filling deviled eggs a breeze.

Decorative made easier

It's easy to use this to decorate cakes and cupcakes now. Easy to clean as well.

Missing instructions

Just unpacked this & there is no guide to which tips do what. Although, I just saw that I can spend more money on an instruction poster?!?! Also the small tube tip has no way to be used since there is a tip permanently affixed to the supplied coupler

part replaced

I had earlier written a review about a crack in the cylinder of my decorator plus. Wilton replaced the cylinder promptly at no charge. Fabulous service that saved me buying a whole new kit. Thanks Wilton.

very fragile

The plastic cylinder is quite soft. The first time I used the tool, my icing was a bit too thick and the plastic cylinder cracked. I can still use it, but icing oozes out of the crack. I have tried getting a replacement cylinder, but haven't been able to find one. I wish Wilton sold them. I don't want to get a whole new package.

Not everything it claims

I bought this product because I have Carpal Tunnel in my wrists. I was pretty excited over the claim of easy to use. However it did not meet my expectations. While it is handy, it's not so ergonomically designed. I would love to see a gore finger plunger adaptation made. Another flaw is the unit is not interchangeable with regular Wilton tips which is a huge let down. All in all, I love most Wilton products. This however wasn't worth it for me.

Worth it

Great upgrade from my mom’s (from the 1950’s). One unfortunate thing is there are no tips for thin/small streams of icing. It’s all pretty thick. Still, I’m glad I bought it.

Great little tool

It is a bit bigger than what I thought but that is ok. Very easy to use and very easy to clean. Great for anything that needs injecting, piping, decorating etc. cannot wait to try it on deviled eggs!!

Great icing decorator tool for beginner

I love this tool. Easy to decorate cake and cupcake. The manual is trash and need more direction for beginners. It came safety and not broke i was surprise because it's made of plastic.

Used as a Sour Cream Dispenser for Making Tacos

I bought this to use as a dispenser for Sour Cream for a large dinner we were hosting where we were serving Tacos and burritos as the main food items. It worked great! It is really easy to load, and the thumb squeeze tab for dispensing is really effective and easy to use. Cleanup was also a breeze. Can't say how it would work as a decorator, but as a sour cream dispenser it is excellent.

Great tool

After a 3 minute try to see how everything woks and comes together, all good and ready to go. Not hard at all. Good luck, be creative, and have some fun.
