I will not use it till summer so I can’t anything about it. Ordering and shipping was simple to do.

I have not used the solar cover yet as it is fall season here and quite cool.

We received the promised strap and buckle kit today, so I have updated my review to 5 stars. We highly recommend Pool supplies.com and will definitely order from them in the future.

The solar reel I purchased was damaged in shipping. I have the pictures of the shipper's repackaged contents and the damaged parts that need replaced. Pool supplies.com contacted me and replaced the solar reel without hesitation. I appreciate their prompt attention.

I’ve owned many solar covers as they typically only last about 2 seasons and I usually order 16mil because that thickness seems to provide better durability. However, this cover seems to be more of a 12mil rather than a 16mil and it is wider than 18’ so I’ve had to trim the long edge to fit onto my pool’s surface. The dimension error isn’t a huge problem but the thinness of this cover is certainly a drawback. I don’t expect this cover to last 2 seasons.

Good value but time will tell if the thickness is enough to hold up to the heat of a spa for a reasonable amount of time.

As I have only used this for a week I cannot honestly rate anything 5 stars as I have no idea how long it will last, but seems to work well. Lighter weight than I expected, compared to the 'blue' solar covers I have had in the past, and much more flexible. Time will tell if it lasts up to its 10 year warranty, and earn a 5 star rating.

I bought my solar cover to use next summer. I can’t say much about it as I haven’t unrolled it. I am leaving it in the original packaging until summer 2025. I will post another review in May 2025

Cover looks great but time will tell!

The solar cover is wonderful. We also ordered a reel for the solar cover for our new Inground pool. 2 weeks after receiving our solar cover, there is no sign of the solar cover reel.

Shipping time was about 3 days so very fast given I live in VT. Looks like a great product and fitment was/is spot on, very minor trimming. Only time will if it is of good quality though.

Thick, sized perfectly, and very well made.

THE SEAM SPLIT WITHIN 2 WEEKS SO I CUT THE SEAM TO STOP IT FROM SPLITING ANY MORE AND USED SOME FLASHING TAPE TO TAPE IT BACK TOGETHER. THE LAST ONE I GOT FROM YOU ALSO SPLIT ABOUT 20 FT THATS WHY I BOUGHT THIS ONE .POOR QUALITY COVERS!!!!!!!!!
