Overall great but came damaged. The top piece is a cheap material. Not real wood. Had several places where it was pushed in.

TV Console

This review is a follow up to phone report: The purchase was easy; however the furniture you need to assemble yourself - this was an issue. When they delivered the console, they delivered to the front of the house, and not the back - the box is heavy. Next, I found someone who can assemble furniture - as the instructions looked very complicated. **It was put together and as the last piece (the back) was to be attached - It was the wrong size (back was for a smaller piece, the pre-drill holes did not line up and it was slightly shorter). The contractor improvised to fit. Made phone Report. Raymour wanted to come out and take the console back - etc. I did not have the time for this to be done. ** Having said all that, staff were nice and I do like the console.

Not worth the money

Received this. The color is pretty but it came with duct tape on parts of the pieces. For the amount of money spent no duct tape should be on it. Nothing about the tape is in the directions and it's really odd to have the back side with black duct tape. It looks used.

Looks great for the minimal cost. I was able to assemble it in one afternoon.

It’s cheap and backwards pretty upset for it being pricey and not even we had to cob job it to make it work. Love the color and how it looks though.

I really lie our new tv stand. It seems to be made well and is big enough for our tv. I like our the doors move, I just wish the stand was a little wider. Our received box is too wide for the shelf.

You may need a little help moving the box inside because it is heavy . I found it easy to assemble just make sure which is front and back very sturdy and looks great ..

[Rewarded Review] Maybe 3rd time is the charm?

I initially bought this item to have it in place before Christmas, but unfortunately I’ve had nothing but bad luck. The first time it was delivered to me it came damaged on the table top and I had to take it back to the store, 2nd time it was delivered it was missing all the hardware so I couldn’t assemble. I had to return this heavy item to the store a 2nd time. Because I really like how it looks I have ordered it again but it got shipped to the store. I hope this time all the parts are there and it’s not damaged.

Hard to put together

So hard to put together. Things were labeled backwards. We had to screw and unscrew to figure out how to make it work. Instructions were not clear at all. Came damaged but wasn’t even worth the hassle of returning it.

Damage and terrible customer service

Items ordered was delivered damaged. Called customer service and was advised that he had to transfer me because his access was limited. I waited almost an hour for the next representative and she was no help. I’m frustrated with the lack of support and communication.

Beautiful

This is a beautiful piece of furniture. My husband put it together, he said it was a pain to do. 8 screws were missing so we had the inconvenience of going to the hardware store to buy some. Also, it had a small ding on the top towards the back, however, it’s not very noticeable. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and have received many positive compliments.

A nice piece of furniture - heavy and sturdy

I love this piece of furniture. Easy to assemble. Heavy and sturdy, and looks nice. I’ve had many compliments already. The only negative was in shipping -there are two small places/ dents that are unfortunately on the front of the piece. Too difficult to return /exchange.
