Save your money. Quality lacking. Poor customer service

Bag broke. The inside mechanisms broke so it will not stand up properly without being full. I tried contacting the company to take advantage of the one year warranty, to no avail. The item was a gift and they would not honor the warranty. They should know it was within the year due to the markings in the bag/tags. So I would give the bag a two, it is cute and I love the colors. Customer service is lacking and unhelpful.

2.5 stars, useful for short periods of time

I bought this cooler for a camping trip across the country that I was flying to. I liked how compact it was folded as it didn’t take up much room in my suitcase. It expands to a decent size and was sturdier than I expected. However it doesn’t hold ice very long. An 8 lb bag of ice was completely melted within 24 hours in mild temperatures (mid 60s daytime/low 50s at night). It didn’t leak so that was a plus. A little condensation forms on the outside. I’ll probably use it for day trips at home in the future.

Missong shoulder strap

Mine didn’t include a shoulder strap - didn’t realize it came with one until I just logged into the app and it popped up with a “buy again”. Returning/exchanging for one with a strap. Other than that it’s not bad, it’s a good size but sometimes collapses itself when trying to fill it/keep it upright

Best cooler for kids' snacks!

We have used this cooler every single day for over a year to keep our kids’ preferred foods/snacks in while driving in the car. It is rugged yet collapsible. It zips and unzips easily and the inside is easy to clean.

Disappointed with this cooler

I bought this cooler because I thought it would be helpful for my car trips. Unfortunately, as many others commented, water begins to drain everywhere when the ice melts. It's a shame because the design is excellent and practical, but the ice problem made me regret my purchase.

Smells of Mold

I wanted to love this cooler, and at first I did. It fits a good amount of items and I love that it folds up small but it leaks if you put ice in it which ultimately defeats the purpose. There must be a small tear because it now reeks of mold, I’ve tried everything to clean it and get the smell out to no prevail. After less than one year of ownership I am now shopping for a new cooler.

Love this bag and it doesn’t leak when ice melts down! I’ve used it for two years and take it to our beach cabana every week easy to carry! Also perfect for road-trips! Highly recommend

Cute and perfect

Didn't leak in my car. Kept my food cold for hours! I had some cold packs and a bag of loose ice in there to keep some potluck food for at least 3-4 hours and it was still ice cold. Perfect for travel, beach, picnics and such. The storage capacity is surprisingly good, I fit a whole casserole dish of macaroni salad in there and had plenty of room to stack. I love that it's collapsible and stores well in my trunk. It was easy to dump the ice in a sink.

Leaked the 1st Time Used

The Good: This bag is great looking, holds more than I expected, has a built in bottle opener, and folds flat for storage. The Bad: I bought this yesterday, used it today, and it leaked. The ice mostly melted (no suprise, 96 degrees today) and every ounce of melted ice leaked out the sides and bottom. No good. My next soft sided cooler will have a hard plastic insert.

Perfect cooler

I love this cooler and I didn’t know I could love a cooler. I bought it for a long road trip and ended up using it during my trip a ton. I LOVE that it folds down for storage but has the pieces that lock into place to hold it up. No more collapsing cooler. It’s nice and roomy for plenty of items. We packed tons of drinks, lunches and snacks in it with lots of ice packs. I’m going to get rid of all our other awful coolers and get a second one like this.
