They’ve sent wrong weight but they did not stop communicating with me until I got my refund of the price difference of the weight they have sent vs to my order. Thank you for resolving my concern.

My first time trying a non-bleach cleaning alternative. Wanted to thoroughly clean but protect my quilts amont other items. I'm impressed.

Washed it with my cotton king comforter that costs $300 and it’s caused lighten spots all over it!!! ( it is a light gray color) 👎

There is nothing wrong with the item per se but I ordered a specific size bottle for the size. Received correct product but in a larger size. Normally this would be good but I was needing it for an RV with a specific size requirement. Not worth complaining or returning.

Very bad delivery and no follow up

Bottle leaked all over box- one of two was empty- can’t return because ups store is too far away- I just paid for a bottle of empty. I complained at store in manning and was told to send it back. Person has poor attitude.

Didn’t take out the stains in our white towels that I bought it for. I should’ve known because they have been stained for awhile.
