Arrived in a timely manner without any damage. Instructions were easy to follow. I was able to put together within a few hours, by myself. Looks wonderfull.

I would give this five stars however, I’m taking back a star because there weren’t any directions on how to install the drawers to the closet organizer itself. So I had to hire a handyman to come figure it out.

Easy to put together, good direction for hanging the bars, they seem really sturdy and we haven’t had any issues and it’s been 3 months already! Measures as described and looks good and is super functional!

Highly recommended. We bought a few of these closet maid systems and configured our own custom closet for a fraction of the cost of a fully custom closet. This is high quality, sturdy and modular!

Difficult to install, all drawers need to be individually assembled and do not line up well or close without gaps. I have two drawers with missing pieces that the company cannot replace making half my system unusable. I purchased 4 units and still have one in a box sitting that I wont ever use. The material its made from is not sturdy and has split in many places. You can only place light weight items in the drawers or the bottoms break.

Overall it’s acceptable , but I would not recommend it because the shelves are not soft close and it’s hard to align them and open/close functionality is not easy

The only issue we had with this product was the odor! It smelled so strongly of something that smelled just like marijuana that I had to put odor absorbers in the drawers and wait a few days to use them! It came in 4 boxes in two different deliveries, and as each box was opened, the smell was overwhelming. It did finally go away and caused no harm, but was puzzling to say the least!

easy to install, nice for small closet
