SOFT

Loving it so far! It’s a little darker and more blues less oranges than I thought it would be but luckily it works better in our space. Already had a dog throw up on it and it was a piece of cake to clean. The softest thing ever but I will say it’s almost slippery it’s so soft. Will probably buy one for every room of my house.

Looks like a child drew the design

We have this same Terra Cotta rug as a runner and it looks great… the design looks very nice at the smaller scale. The largest 8’-6” x 11’-6” however looks awful. They essentially scale a 2’-6” runner design up by 4x and print it on a larger rug. It looks nothing like the images of the larger rug on the website… it essentially looks like a child drew it with a magic marker. Rugs Direct is no help and claims this is within the standard, so if we return it they will charge us return shipping. I would have expected more from Amber Lewis, as a designer I would be ashamed to have my name on this rug. The only thing it has going for it is that it’s soft.

I was hesitant about the "stamped on" pattern on the rug, but its actually very pretty. The rugs are so soft and feel amazing under my feet. We shall see how they wear. The only negative at this point is finding a pad to go underneath that the rug itself doesn't shift around on. I even tried carpet tape and those rug to floor stickers to stick the pad to the back of the rug, but nothing seems to want to stick to the back of the rug which is very soft to the touch unlike most rugs. The rug has to grip to it at all.

Better than expected!

Nice rug! Purchase was made based on size/price/look in that order. Did not read all the details and was unaware that a “cloudpile” rug was a soft plush feel. That was a nice surprise. It was not a detail I was originally looking for but it is better than what I was expecting! Tip: get the rug pad to go underneath. Not only does it keep the rug in place it makes it feel even softer to walk on! I purchased an additional carpet based on my satisfaction with this one!

Super soft and looks great

I love this rug. It is super soft and cozy and provides the perfect place for my child to sit and play. It vacuums up well and a damp cloth is all you need to remove sticky messes.

This rug is perfection! The cloudpile makes it so soft and cozy, like putting on your favorite pair of slippers. The color is nice, the blues are a lot more teal and greens popping than it seems on the website provided pics. I love it!

Beautiful Rug

This rug has surprised me with its quality and beauty. It is just as pictured. What I wasn’t expecting is how soft it is underfoot!! It feels like what I imagine stepping on a cloud must be like. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Will not disappoint!

The is rug is like no other that I have purchased! It’s the favorite rug in the house, hands down. While I can’t speak to its durability, since we’ve only had it about a week, I can very much attest to its softness and comfort. I purchased this at the recommendation of a blogger that I follow, and she like and it’s softness to the perfect pair of Old, very broken in jeans. That’s a perfect description! The colors are beautiful. I’m still trying to put our room together, and this rug will definitely help me finish off the pieces that are needed. So many directions you could go with this rug as it really does have beautiful colors, but it is so muted that none are overbearing.

The colors in this rug are perfect. They are like a dusty teal and dusty terracotta. It’s beyond soft!!!! I only bought a runner but now I’m trying to find an excuse to purchase a larger one!

Soft & lovely pattern

The rug shipped quickly and arrived in excellent condition. The colors are vibrant and the rug is super soft. For someone that swaps their rug every other year I think it’s an excellent value and choice! Highly recommend.

Absolutely love how this rug grounds my living room. The warm terra cotta colors make the room feel cozy. And the softness of the Cloudpile is amazing. If you are on the fence at all about buying this, just do it! Worth every penny!

I love the colors and pattern - true to the online photo. The edges stay down, they don't curl up. And it is super soft!

Rugs edges are fraying

I was so excited to discover this rug, I even bought 3 sizes. The colors work perfectly in our home but the edges have not held up. I have become more disappointed as the days go by on the condition of the edges of every one of my rugs. I have owned rugs for 20 years and have never had this issue with other brands

Ordered this rug for my dining room, it is hands down amazing! It is so soft I almost moved it to my living room, but it looks too good in my dining room.

I first bought the Loloi Laguna Terracotta for our living room but I didn't order the right size. We ended up putting it in our hearth room. It's so pretty and very soft. The colors are true to the picture. We are looking to buy another one in a larger size. It shipped fast which was also a plus.
