[Rewarded Review] Grossly Defective in color, pattern and stitching!

We had ordered two sizes of the same rug. They came from two different vendors. BOTH rugs were grossly defective in color, pattern AND stitching. this was ONE order of the same rug in two sizes. However; As they had been shipped from two different vendors, this made the return was even more difficult. One vendor threatened to charge us return shipping. We ended up driving over an hour to the nearest Walmart to return the other. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Terrible Quality - SEE PHOTOS!!!

This was a terrible experience. My wife and I are BOTH retired AND disabled, so we purchased these rugs online. There was 'one' order of TWO different sizes of rugs. They were shipped from two different vendors. BOTH rugs were GROSSLY defective in color, pattern and stitching!!! The vendor then threatened to charge us, after the return of the rug, for shipping charges. I have photographs, and emails to verify everything I state.

Pretty but too thin

This rug was very pretty and looked nice on the floor, but the backing was thin as was the pile. Although soft enough, it was not cushy enough for me. I did not put it in a place to test if it would slip or not.

I really liked the design and colors but alas, when we unrolled the rug there is a large flaw on one end that cannot be hidden . It will be returned as soon as I get someone to take it back to the store. What a disappointment.

No matter how hard I try, the rug will not lay flat .

A tad disappointed in the color

I received my rug today and was a little disappointed. The outer edges have a lot of orange in the coloring and the leaves are a very orangish color. It looks quite different from online. The outer edges had almost a tiger look.

Beautiful Rug!

I bought this for my mother, and she is thrilled with the quality and beautiful appearance! She bought the brown blue rug and it has bluish flecks that aren’t noticeable in picture but add a very nice look to the rug.

It supposed be black and brown not black and blue.july 31

poor packaging

The carpet was rolled in tightly on itself instead of a cardboard roll so it will take forever to lay flat. The ripples in the picture says it all.
