Perfect addition

Our new Polywood coffee table is just the right size and a perfect addition to our patio. Went together easy and is well constructed. We are very pleased and plan on purchasing more of your products

I have purchased a lot of Polywood from Wayfair - Adirondack chairs and a Conversation table and also a fire pit set and now this table and I love it all. Durable and easily maintained and it looks great too!

Had problems with shipping. The

Had problems with shipping. The shipping was delayed which then ran into my vacation time away from the house. I had asked for a hold on shipping and received confirmation that it would be held. But it didn't happen and the table was shipped. I had to then delay the delivery with Fed X. Was a hassle for me while on vacation.

Great little outdoor coffee table, smaller than I was picturing, but fits in well with my furniture (also from Wayfair). Very sturdy and easy to put together.

Love my table. Last summer I purchased 2 side tables also. Loved them all. Good workmanship and easy to self install.

Customer service doesn’t exist

I barely opened the box and found I looked at the measurements incorrectly, the table did not fit. I have reached out to Polywood 5 times in the past 4 weeks in an attempt to get a return label, I have no received any response and now I’m past the 30 day return period and can’t even get a person to respond, so apparently I’m SOL and have to keep the table? There are too many other companies that offer this type of product, if Polywood can’t keep up, they need to get out of the game. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Replacement was excellent

I ordered the table in addition to 3 other pieces. Unfortunately the first coffee table was defective. I immediately called customer service and provided pictures of the defects. They were apologetic and helpful. They placed an expedited replacement order and explained how to prepare the defective one for return. The return was so easy. FedEx picked it up at the time promised. Couldn’t have been easier.
