Poor quality pool lounger

As with a lot of things that were made better years, this is another.

Very disappointed

Chairs do not recline easily and have to manipulated to recline. Very poor design of footrests to be placed underneath to be just a chair. They have to be bungee corded to stay in place or will just land on the ground underneath.

Disappointing

I was super excited for this chair to arrive for enjoyment by the pool this summer. However, in the 2 1/2 months that I've used this chair it cracked easily in the leg area (almost all the way through on of the slats) and one of the plastic pins keeps slowly popping out so the whole chair ends up collapsing. I'm able to put it back together with a good deal of effort. I try to look on the bright side of things so I would like to think that this chair is an exception to the normal quality of this product-Maybe the chair I received had a defective pin?

Beautiful Blue color

Love the color but was too heavy and bulky for my backyard look. Very great quality for anyone looking for a durable lounge also converts to a chair.

Solid loungers, very pleased

I was a little skeptical when I bought a pair of these Costway loungers given the keen pricing. But I'm very happy with them so far after about a month of regular use. They each took about 15 mins to assemble with an electric screwdriver and once built are solid and pretty comfortable. Highly recommended and I would buy again.

Falling apart after 6 weeks

These do not hold up when in the sun. We've used these 6 weeks and are experiencing warping and loose parts causing them to not function properly and look terrible. I've messaged the seller to ask if there is a manufacturer warranty on them. At about $120 a piece they should have held up better.

Super pleased

Being plus sized these are a game changer for the larger sunbather. Very solid and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Less than impressive

I do not like how the chairs operate. When you fold the legs under the seat, it is supposed to be held up by a clip. The clip will not hold the legs under. It keeps dropping.

bad experience with target purchase through third-party shipper

Do not purchase anything from Target that is labeled as third-party shipper. I never received this chair. It was shipped via FedEx. FedEx lost it. When I called FedEx , I instructed them to return to shipper if they ever found it I received a confirmation number for that, then I called Target and asked for them to issue a refund. They refused to issue a refund telling me their records indicate it was still to be delivered. Target does not stand behind transactions that are labeled as third-party shipper. They do not stand behind the customer or support the customer.

GREAT lounge chairs!

These loungers are terrific. They are light and easy to transport, and very comfortable. I am buying more of them right now!

DON’T BUY THIS !!! First time we use this sun lounge it fell apart. We bought it thinking we are buying quality product . Such a disappointment. Very bad customer service. We had to go through PayPal to get our money back.

Mongrel of a thing broke after 30 mins.

These chairs are little beauties. I bought 2 having to replace much more expensive loungers which did not last a year of a QLD Summer. Have been recommended by a friend to these who has had hers for over 5 years..they look terrific around the pool and are a very comfortable shape. Fully assembled so no work. Very fair price for a terrific product.

Best outdoor chair. Can fold it up. Can move it around easy. High quality. Easily adjustable for back reclining. Bright white and beautiful.

Broke quickly

I bought 4 for around my pool. Love them but one of the arms broke on one chair already. Now the chair doesn’t lock in place or sit straight. Can’t find who to ask about exchanging for a new one. Would give more stars but not if it’s broken with a month of light use.

What I needed, however

Way overpriced. Purchased one similar $40. Everything just too expensive today but needed this for my open patio. Keeping it covered all yr round in FL or sun will eat it up. So will get my $ out of it for yrs of use.

Incredible quality!!

I am so impressed with this!! The quality is incredible for the price!!! It took an hour to put together by myself. But the way it was packed and the instructions were brilliant. Definitely recommend and already have my sister ordering one! Thank you!

Just what I wanted! very comfy.

The only slight downside is that it is just a little fiddly to fix/unfix the legs in place as this is done by putting a screw in place or removing the screw when you close the legs down. It would be perfect if you wanted to leave it up permanently for the summer and then just fold away for storage over the winter.Also would be good if the foam topper could fit inside the base as would be easier for storage. On the whole though very pleased. Solidly built, but quite heavy so would not want to carry it very far.

Good lounger

I like the chair and it’s comfortable to recline in (especially with a lounge chair cushion) but it’s a bit cumbersome to fold for storage if you try to do it alone. I will say that having the wheels helps in moving it around so that is a plus. I haven’t had it long enough to speak to its durability it it seems well made. So far I’m pleased with my purchase.
