Nice, but disappointed

This was my first hayneedle experience, which unfortunately was a mixed one. The piece itself arrived damaged. Besides that, I was expecting a little more craftsmanship. Certainly better than standard chest, but not considerably better for price point.But 5 stars for Hayneedle customer service-- exceptional stuff. Quick to respond to my queries and very amenable to making things right. Ultimately, it was for this reason that I returned as a customer and have purchased three items since. Second piece was a knockout. Hoping for more of the same.

Great product with minor hiccup on second purchase

This is the second cabinet I have ordered. The first was perfect! The second one came with the door crooked an unable to snap into the latch, so the door would not stay closed. I had to unscrew the latch and reset it. It's still not right, but the door does stay closed now. Otherwise I love this piece and thing it's a great quality for the price. I will likely buy more from this set.

Overall very happy with my purchase. I ordered the grey wash one and really like the look. My only complaint was in the delivery. The box had a rip and the back of the cabinet was damaged a bit but luckily it was in the back so you can't see it at all.

Solid wood and fully assembled, very cute, can't beat it.

I got this cabinet in white for my bathroom, and it's perfect. It's solid wood, came fully assembled, has heavy metal pulls and knob, packed well and shipped free and quickly. The open cubby fits nine rolls of TP, lol! It was priced less than any other site too. I love it!

Perfect in every way!

This chest is absolutely perfect for my entryway. It's gorgeous as well as heavy and sturdy enough to stand up to three rambunctious golden retrievers. It came on time and extremely well packaged. No assembly was required.

I needed a small piece to store my grandchildren's clothes. This piece fit the bill perfectly. Looks like an accent piece, yet has lots of storage. Solidly built. And...best part...comes fully assembled!! I wish the matching tv stand was big enough for our tv. Highly recommend this.

The wood on sides and back is thin.

I ordered this cabinet to use in my office and although it was packed well, it was still damaged with broken pieces of wood from the back corner support. The sides, back and shelves are thin pieces of wood, I don't even know if its real wood. As this piece is too large to repack and send back, I used wood glue in hopes of putting the broken pieces together.
