Disappointed

I'm not sure what I'll do with this now. It's standing in my bedroom until I figure it out. It's huge, and not what I expected. The shade sits at a weird angle on mine, and I'm not a fan of the chrome on it in person.

Large Modern Floor Lamp

Great quality. Easy to install. After three years it still maintains a good arch because of the heavy base. I love the marble detailing on the base as well.

This is a good arc lamp. Has adjustable height and was easy to put together. Worked perfectly for our needs and I would definitely recommend.

The lamp arrived damaged (where the stand meets the base was badly chipped and appeared to have been re-packaged and/or used, which was very disappointing but Overstock had great customer service and helped us replace the lamp immediately. The lamp shade quality is flimsy and the plastic cover that wraps the where the light bulb goes is kinda weird looking, but overall, it's a beautiful piece that adds a lot of character to our space.

This is a beautifully designed arch lamp! The solid base ensures it will not tip over, and the adjustable arch allows you to perfectly place the light where needed. Lastly the lamp shade allows just the right amount of light which illuminates the entire dining room. I love it!

This lamp is a nice lamp. The bottom is really heavy. It was kind of scratched though. The arch is big and doesn't hang too low however it is kind of wobbly. The lamp shade is ok. Not horrible, not the best.. It is worth the money I guess since most arch lamps are much more expensive. The bottom nut is also very hard to tighten.

Nice lamp, solid base. Need high ceilings to pull this off. A little disappointed on the amount of light it provides. More mood lighting than reading/task lamp.

The lamp is ok. The size is nice and large and could go over a couch or large chair. My issue is with the shade...it's quite flimsy. I looked into buying another shade but it would be more then the lamp. The base is very sturdy, though.

Base was chipped shade had a hole. They gave me 3 new shades. They are still great to deal with and tried and tried

Although I decided to keep this lamp, one of the main reasons was because after I assembled it it was too much work (it is extremely heavy) to disassemble it, I am not happy with the way it looks, the plastic that makes the shade craked after a few days, probably because of the heat generated by the light bulb.

The Perfect Lamp!

I was looking for the perfect black lamp to go over my couch and this was perfect. This is gorgeous and I can use over my couch to read or swing it over the piano to help read piano music. The lamp shade is a textured black matte color and the underside is a white color. The stand is very tall and has silver metal with a black very heavy stand. I have moved the lamp many times, so it is now a bit off kilter. I suggest moving it by the stand and not the silver metal piece as I had. I did put it between a table and couch and that made it straighter and stable. Love it!

PERFECT FIT

We purchased this floor lamp for our office waiting area and it completed the look just perfectly. It is a LARGE lamp, so be aware of the size and height and all. But if you have the space for it, definitely buy it. I like the fact that it has a floor step on option, easy to turn off and on. Great lamp for our office decor, people love it.
