Absolutely perfect!

Decent product for the price.

The only improvement could be the instructions. They were weak, at best, and left a lot of interpretation to the way the product should be built and supported. As this is a hugely glass piece, better instructions would've been very, very helpful.

Extremely heavy

Using the cabinet to display my crystals and Boyd's bear collection. Love the cabinet. Please be advised that you must put it together yourself. It is definitely a two person job. Also the panels of glass are very heavy. It came very well packaged. My husband and I put ours together. I would purchase this cabinet again. The only downside is that it does not come with a light to show off the contents. My husband is going to install one.

Lovely Curio Cabinet

While not the easiest thing to assemble, this is a beautiful curio cabinet. It is both modern looking and minimalist and does not interfere with the look of the room. You mostly see what is in it. Plus, for the price, it’s fabulous.

I would not buy this product again,

It was hard to put together the strips that hold the back and sides together. one of them was broke., 2 shelves missing, the manufacture said that we have to take a picture of the bottom of the cabinet where there's a barcode or something and send pictures not willing to go through all that trouble for two shelves so they can have it back.

Gorgeous but a little tricky to build at first

These guys sure do ship super fast, literally got two of these in less than a week from purchase. I will say that I recommend having at least 2 people when building, it is a bit difficult and because the parts arent labeled well enough. Also the instructions are pretty condensed with each step otherwise these shelves look gorgeous and came out just as expected. Still have to build the second one but at least we know how it goes now. A drill helped speed up the install but not required.

Great visibility for a collection

This is a pretty good cabinet. Once I had it loaded I was more confident of its sturdiness. The directions are no better than IKEA in that they are all pictures and quite confusing. We actually had to MacGyver the small plates that the screws went into to hold the glass doors. I used a bit of hanger foam strips to cushion the doors in those slots. Otherwise, there was a sense that the screws would slide on the metal surface of the small panels they wanted you to stick on the glass.

Great item, not so great instructions

Great cabinet, I love it so far! The assembly was tough though- frankly the only reason we were able to get the doors on right was because my dad already knew how to assemble doors like that- the instructions on that page were incomprehensible. I also would HIGHLY recommend screwing the shelf supports into the wooden side pieces before assembling the back and sides- it's really hard to get in there to do it afterwards as instructed. Loving it now that it's built though!

Looks good but wouldnt buy again.

Assembly is horrible and ive assmbled alot of furniture before. None of the pieces are labeled so it becomes a guessing game as to what goes where. You will need two people no other way to put together. Feels needlessly dangerous putting together as your ramming two big pieces of glass into a plastic edge piece. Also the back glass was not cut square so there is a slight gap at bottom. Looks good put together but knowing what i do now i wouldnt buy again. A firm avoid on this one.

Second review

I had a lot of trouble with assembly because I am a small woman & glass is very heavy. Also, I'm lousy at assembling things & should've thought twice. In the end, the finished piece is nice but I have to use it without doors. I simply couldn't make the doors hang correctly so that the magnetic closures would grab. The magnetic closures also didnt fit in the assigned holes. Perhaps if I were stronger? At any rate, it is a pretty display cabinet even though it is not what i had hoped. Doors were essential to keep dust off of vintage dolls i planned to display in the cabinet. In the end, i am using this cabinet for other displays.

Finally a home for our collection!

This cabinet arrived in pristine condition, with all necessary parts, on the day I expected it. The assembly took several hours, mostly because the instructions are a mess (and that's the reason for 4 stars, instead of 5), but we were able to figure it out. The glass pieces are quite heavy, so you definitely need two people to wrangle them into position. It is a nice cabinet which really shows off our collection and holds quite a bit more than I thought it would. Overall, we are very happy with it. PLEASE NOTE: If you order this in the winter months, it's a good idea to lay it down flat in a warm room and leave it for 24 hours before unpacking and assembling.

Great product for the price

I was able to assemble this product with very little help. I did ask for assistance for a few minutes to put up sides. For the price this product is a great buy. The directions to assemble were fairly easy. when assembled it is a sturdy piece. If you are trying to save some money while still getting a good looking piece, this is a good curio for you. I bought 2 and they look great together and were half the price of buying just one elsewhere

I would buy this product again and again

I love this display case. It is just beautiful and just what I wanted. I put my small miniature blown glass items in it. My sister saw it and loved it so much that she is going to order one just like it......My husband put it together and said the instructions was not real clear, but he was able to get it together. It is very heavy. I will probably purchase another one in the future......

Nice curio cabinet

Overall, very happy with this Coaster Curio Cabinet. I have a suggestion. Install the shelf supports first. If you do not, you will have a tight and awkward reach to install them when the directions would have you install them. I would also install the shelves after the front doors are attached.

Display your collection with pride

I purchased two curio cabinets and will need to buy a third for my collection. I gave this a 4-star rating with the possibility it could rate 5-stars. My reason for this is due to one cabinet glass side panels has several scratches that will not remove but, they are in spots that I can accept as is. The other mishap was the top-shelf missing an insert for the peg to slide in to hold the shelf. Thank heaven for my hubby; he found a way to make it work. The other curio was in perfect condition. Overall the package was well wrapped and easy to assemble.

Yes of course

This cabinet is quite sturdy. It honestly wasn't hard to put together and took about an hour from start to finish. I would recommend help though because the glass pieces are heavy when you have to put all three of them around the sides. I would say that check your bags to make sure that you have all the pieces. We were shorted two washers. Other than that I can't complain it in the great cabinet to use for my action figures. I only did a 4 star, due to hayneedle bad customer service and shipping timelyness

I feel like it is a tad overpriced, especially the 5 tier! I wasn’t expecting it to be so frustrating to assemble; however, I had no help and it does specify it is a 2 person job... I just had a hard time with part of it. As far as pros and cons: I like that it seems to be made out of decent materials; I also like the size and design. I do wish it had a light and feel like it should have for the price. Overall, i am happy with this product; it looks nice and I would recommend it to a friend.

Very Pleased

Curio case was superbly packed for shipping. Absolutely no damage at all upon receipt. Very, very heavy and was pleased with FREE SHIPPING! Otherwise, shipping would have been at least $100. Directions were simple and clear. You'll likely need two people to put it together. Although, i managed to do it alone. Took about an hour to assemble. A number of reviews mention the tempered glass shattering at will. Not the case here. However, I can easily see this happening if you tighten the screws too much or put undue pressure on the large glass panels. Case looks even better than pics. Case is sturdy and looks more like a higher end curio cabinet. Puck lights are easily installed. Very satisfied with this product and would recommend!

Excellent, sturdy, beautiful cabinet!

Packaging was supurb! All the glass was carefully wrapped in tissue paper and separated with styrofoam strips. Then entire ourside of the contents was also protected with styrofoam inside the cardboard enclosure. Instructions were easy to follow although installing the glass would be easier with two people instead of just one. The cabinet is very sturdy and well build. Only after completing the assembly did I notice that one of the wooden side rails was bowed slightly but I was not about the disassemble the unit. My wife is very happy with the looks of the cabinet and the sturdiness of it. I would recommend this purchase for anyone looking for a nice display case.

It's a little pricey for what it is.

I wanted an inexpensive curio cabinet for my collectibles and this seemed to fit the bill. The problem isn't the cabinet itself - it's fine - it's the price point. Simply stated, it cost too much for what it is. It's particle board ,tempered glass and some screws. If the price was $100.00 - $125.00, this would be a 5 star review. It's great to set up and leave. But, it's not going to ever move once set up. You can scooch along the floor but no pick up and move - it'll just fall apart. Finally, the shelves are NOT adjustable. Assembly isn't too difficult however I can see about 50% of these ending up with broken glass upon assembly. Not a one person job. Take your time, tighten the base and leave the top loose till all the glass is in place. Use painter's tape to hold together until the top is secured. .
