Great rack for an apartment!

Very firm, love it!! So easy to assemble, holds jackets and coats very well! I’m so happy with my purchase!! Recommend!! :)

Directions for putting this rack together are horrifically poor. I had to guess and try repeatedly. ONE picture about 3 inches high with NO verbal directions. Method to finally put it together required impossible gyrations. It was impossible to use. A second picture was slightly larger without labels.

Nice stand

I bought this stand to contain umbrellas. The fact that it also hold jackets is a plus.

Affordable and it gets the job done

This was exactly what I was looking for. Nothing real fancy and it does the trick of hanging our coats. Reasonably priced and it’s sturdy.

Broken after 6 Momths

Top post fell over and won’t reattach after 6 months of normal use of hanging jackets and hats on it. No rhyme or reason as to why it broke.

So Bad!!! Do Not Buy it!!!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY!!!! it's not wort it. It's weak and was broken in a week after we start using it!!! There is no chance to fix it!!! So you are throwing money in a garbage bin. I called to customer service and they just do not want to do return.

Sometimes you need to pay for quality

Does not break the bank, but quality is just fine. Not steady, so you need to be careful putting stuff on it. Looks good though. I would not buy again.

Cheaply made! Holes don't line up. Screws kept coming loose.

This was cheaply made. And it kept falling over. I would not recommend.

This product is fragile and also it has too many parts. Too flimsy the pieces did not even attempt to put it together. Definitely going to return it. It’s been unused and WAY too complicate for a simple coat. At the the price if your delicate with things and can deal with how fragile it is then your good!

Worth the money, sturdy

The instruction sheet has one tiny picture with all parts indicated. In spite of this, it went together easily, seems quite sturdy, and is just what I was looking for.

Good, but circular part not aligned

The rack was fine and pretty easy to assemble except for the circular middle that holds the umbrellas. I tried over and over to get it to work, but the screws and holes just weren’t aligned. My husband even tried with no success. I’m going to have to get a glue that will hold it in place.

Easy peasy and priced right

Surprisingly easy to assemble. If you can recognize the provided allen wrench and find a phillips screwdriver you can do it. Count the parts to match the screws. (72 yo grandmother says) Lots of hangers makes more options in use. Base can be used for umbrellas, or in my case, broom and mop.

Still trying to decide if I should keep it

It is very attractive, the finish is nice. However, it does not support the weight of what I intended to use it for. I needed something to hang backpacks, handbags, scarves on. After about two weeks it's leaning and I constantly need to retighten the fixture. There were no written instructions so I had to follow along on a very tiny picture and hopefully I put it together correctly. If I had only lightweight objects, this would be a perfect coat rack. But winter coats can be very heavy and if you utilized all the hooks it probably would not bear the weight.

It was super simple to put together, the 3 screws that hold the umbrella part together didn’t screw all the way in and one of the holes didn’t match up with the screw at all, but I was fine with it, it’s not really noticeable, I wasn’t going to use the umbrella holder anyways. Everything else fit and it didn’t take me that long to put it together.

Needs a heavier base.

Tips over when the coats aren't evenly distributed. Also the stem/middle beam needs some lock mechanism to prevent it from unscrewing. A heavier base is necessary to prevent it from tipping over. Mine has fallen over at least 5 times.

not sturdy/waste of money

The leg screws are too long, so you can not tighten them all the way. The middle of the stand collapsed as I put a few coats on it. It is not sturdy what so ever. I would most definitely send it back if the box had not already been thrown out. I am very unhappy with this product.

4 Stars

I can't believe that I waited to buy a coat rack. This item is so handy. Our guests can now hang up their coats and not have to put them on the bed. YAY!!! The only thing I wish I would have gotten would have been an umbrella stand. I still am so happy to grab a coat and go without going through the closet!

Won't hold coats without bending

I bought this and it's pretty horrible. The design causes the middle portion to bend over any time you put a coat on it. So it's useless for holding coats. I've now taken out the middle section and it can hold a couple of coats but is half the height. I would not recommend this product.

Denver Coat Rack

Shipped in perfect condition. Directions were not the clearest, but it was not difficult to figure out how to put together. There are these little silver rings that are meant to seal the two section together, but it made it very wobbly. I discard them, and it was perfect.

Meh...

In general, I'm pretty good at putting things together so coat rack wasn't a big deal. I noticed while putting it together some parts seemed too short to pull everything together; ie, leg piece that attaches to lower ring piece, screws that attach the top hooks too short to tighten. So, I was left with 2 hooks that were secure & the rest wobbly. Fast fwd to last week, the base pole is now leaning over. I'm going to see if I can get longer, comparable screws to see if I can make adjustments on my own, or, just order one from Target (had a nice & sturdy one in my last apartment). I would not recommend this product.
