This couldn't have been easier to install. I spent more time getting my tools than I did on the actual installation. They include a paper ruler that enables you to mark the spots on the wall to insert the screws (included). I had it up in 5 minutes and it looks exactly as advertised. Very happy.

Sleek and fit the bill for a small space

My parents have had this hook for years and it's so sleek for behind the front door, so I bought the same for my door. It's sleek as always but I suspect the hooks are made from a thinner material than before. It is still sturdy so far to hang heavy jackets and in one case, survived a friend's heavy purse over 2 hooks.

I purchased 2 of these and am very disappointed. The quality is not as stated in the description, and I would not have paid the price had I personally seen them in a store. The "wood" is very light-weight, does not have the wood grain as shown in the sales picture, and has look and feel of plastic, or syroco at best. In fact, 1 has a slight scratch and reveals white-like plastic under the finish. The hooks feel like plastic, not metal. The only reason I'm keeping them is because I like the concept and have not seen anything like it elsewhere. Although not the quality I was expecting, these will still serve my purpose hung behind the doors in my guest bedrooms as intended. However, I was considering purchasing another for a prominent place where it would get heavier use in my home, but seeing the non-quality of these racks in person caused me to decide not to do that. Less

3 in one - functional, minimal and appealling

I bought this wall hook last year for my son’s condo. The condo has small closet in the entry foyer; so this wall hook is perfect to create a minimal, aesthetic and functional look. When not in use it’s very discreet. My son loves it.

Function & Beauty

I purchased this set of hooks for my bedroom to hand my robe, purse, and other items that I don’t want on the floor! It is sturdy and beautiful. When not in use, the hooks flip into the base and make a lovely piece of wall decor. Highly recommend.

flip five wall hook

This is great in my fifth wheel camper! Being seasonals, when the kids and grands arrive, never enough space to hang items up. This is great as can put pretty much anywhere since the hooks close into the base when not in use. No catching your clothes as you walk by! Easy to use.

One of our best buys!

The 5 hook fits space behind the front door and does not impede opening door. Hooks pull out as required and fold flat when not in use.Solid wood, good size hooks hold coats well. Looks good and unobtrusive when not in use. Packed well, easy to put up (we are not good at diy) and would probably go with most decors.

My wife purchased your clothes hanger and I recently installed it the problem I had was with the anchor slots on the back they were roughly cut in and were to tight for the screwhead. It required a quite a bit of force to seat the hanger and it did not sit all the way into the slot. We had purchased the same product about 8years ago and it fits very well I check the slots and they were clean and smooth giving a good fit.

Purchased the Umbra Flip Wall Mount Coat Rack for installation in a small storage room near the back door. It fit in the space well, and is an attractive and utilitarian addition to our home. The 8 hook rack is holding sweaters and jackets now, but will also serve well for hats and caps. We're happy with this purchase.

Umbra Flip wall hooks perfect as I needed a coat hook rack to fit behind a bedroom door, but one where the hooks did not hit and damage the door when it was opened. The hooks on the Umbra Flip are beautifully designed be pushed flush with the wooden rack when it is not being used for coats, etc so avoiding any damage to the door or someone catching themselves on the coat hooks when brushing past the coat rack. If you like a clean, minimal look the Umbra Flip is a great choice.I cannot praise Wayfair Customer Service Agents enough for their help in quickly resolving a problem with my order which appeared to lie with the supplier. Fabulous product from Umbra and first class customer service from Wayfair.

It had a small chip in the finish which because it was the darker colour really shows, not enough that I sent it back because I'm not that picky. But I wish I'd gotten the white instead. Still, it's attractive, cool, modern, and functional. I use it to hang my SashBag purses on in my bedroom.

Just what I needed!

Just what I needed! I bought this for my kiddos to hang up their backpacks & coats after school. The only thing I wished is that it came with extra hardware. One of the wall plugs started to break… luckily I got it in the wall. Hoping it stays put! It looks very modern and was pretty easy to put up!

Elegant and functional

A really nice solution, we found they work great for bathroom and bedroom doors for extra hanging space. The hooks (which are made of a strong plastic) flip up when not in use, this also helps to stop the hooks from damaging an adjacent wall if mounted to the back of a door. We'll be ordering more as we finish more rooms in the house!

I have several of these throughout my house. I love the sleek look, but yet so functional. I have one behind my guest bathroom door for pool towels, one behind the guest bedroom door for extra clothes/robes/etc., one behind my laundry room door for my purse and things I'm returning, one in my master closet for robes/dry cleaning/towels. They are great!

Latest Purchase didn't match previous one.

We bought two of the Natural flip hooks YEARS ago and we love them. However, one of them split and we ordered two new one - again, Natural.The new ones were far darker and and the grain was rather brownish - not the original natural look and didn't match the picture shown when ordering. We also noticed that the dimensions were smaller, the hooks were inferior to what we have, and new ones didn't match the backside mounting system at all (looks like the new ones won't support the same kind of weight).All I wanted was the same thing bought decades ago. I returned what was sent.Images of the previous purchases vs the just returned ones are available upon request.

Great aesthetic with a sleek design. Made with good quality materials and super functional. I like how it looks on my wall and how sturdy it feels. Great for compact spaces or to prevent clutter. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about buying this product. Currently ordering a second one for another part of my house.

I absolutely love these hooks I bought two and I put them in two separate places. My daughter loves hers because she can’t hang her robes on. You have to use a 14 drillbit in order to drill the screws in. Make sure you don’t screw the screw all the way into the wall but you can adjust the screws and hook them right into the back. The other I put at the front door. I absolutely recommend!

This is the third of these I've purchased. They are perfect for hanging things. My first was for my laundry room connecting my kitchen and garage. I hang my aprons, plastic bags to recycle, and other misc items. The others I purchased to hang elastic bands that are part of our workout routine. The hook looks nice and is easy to use.

Great cool looking hooks!

I love these! I’ve had various sizes and colors over the years. Most recently I wanted white with black hooks to match my new decor, and couldn’t find that combination at my usual stores. An internet search brought me to the Umbra website, with a good price and free shipping. Score! I bought two and installed with no issue - EXCEPT, the provided wall anchors made it impossible to get the unit secured against the wall. I used my own, and it fixed the issue. Will probably buy more once I get settled in.
