This broke less than 30 days after pulling it up. Mounted the feet in the concrete and all the welds on the frame just flat out broke.

I would give this zero stars if I could. Horrible product. We had ONE windy day, and the entire thing collapsed.

Didnt even get to use the product

Packaged was so badly damaged when we recieved it with open holes on both ends for parts to easily fall out we didnt even attempt to take ot out and set it up running the risk of having missing items. am in the pricess of retunring item through the seller will update once i cpmplete process to rate the custer support interaction. as i have requested a prepaid shipping label because I do not believe it my responsibility to ship this across the country at my expense due to poor QAQC from the seller before shipping.

Dented, missing panels

Package was delivered, a couple of the poles were dinged up, and the roof panels were labeled wrong and some are missing. Good thing is that they are sending me a whole new roof no charge.

Over priced, and low quality

Very low quality..it's a waste of time and money..didn't last but 3 weeks

I,m not happy with this at all. It is taking my husband longer to put it together because he have to keep stopping to drill holes in it because they don,i line up or cute parts to make parts to fit that don,t fit where they should. He said it was like they just put some left over parts in there that don,t fix. so he have to do what he can to make it work. I want my money back this is not what I was hoping for when paid for this. So with that said I will not be getting anything from them.

Mailed different Gazebo

Purchased one Gazebo and was mailed a different one. Was given refund. But did not last a week. Frame parts broke or bent with wind.

So not long ago, April 21st to be exact ( its may 26th) I received this. Had my buddy and my pregnant gf help me put it together. Wasn’t super difficult. Cosmetically it looked great. But being what it is, light, made of cheap metal, it’s essentially a giant kite. Doesn’t matter do you reinforce to with blocks, this things gonna either rip the canvas or it’s gonna bend the metal and destroy the first time it gets a heavy wind.

the advertisement says it is a 12x20 and it is absolutely not 12x20. The 12 ft end is from the points of the top of canopy, end to end. but inside the inclosure is roughly 10 ft.

Cheap junk

Bought this on Clarence thought I was getting a good deal. Turns out it was cheap and flimsy piece of junk. The holes did not lineup. The instructions were very easy to understand but parts were numbered wrong based on size of the parts I would not recommend buying this. The stakes are way too short, had high winds and it blew completely over and snapped several pieces. Do not waste your money on this item.

Not Worth the Money

Definitely not heavy duty, can’t withstand high winds up to 30 to 40MPH. Not strong Enough, some parts don’t connect.

Missing pieces

Looks nice but not sturdy as of now. however, i couldn't finish the setup as pieces F1 and F2 are missing the same for the bolts. waiting on the company to respond.
