Should be good for light use

The primary feature I was looking for was an easy to use spigot - but not too easy. Many urns I have seen have a just-push the-cup- up -against-the- lower -part- of -the- spigot dispenser. My experience has been that tis tends to result in a lot of escaped beverage and a big, drippy mess. This is simpler and neater, so I am happy. That said, the metal seems a bit light for intense use. However we expect to use it maybe twice a month, so no worries. The only other urns I found with acceptable spigots were more than twice the price!!

Phenomenon product. One of the best things I have picked up for events and family gatherings. Super easy to operate. Temperature controlled , brewing speed is quick. Makes large amounts of coffee. Truly is one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Seems very small. I wanted inexpensive, because it will rarely be used. It's ok

It is simple to operate, is stainless steel, take up very little room and requires no filter.

The picture online made this product appear to be larger and stronger. It is like tin foil and not worth the cost of $114.00

This has got to be one of the best things I've picked up for gatherings. My house gets filled with people (30+) at a time for different occasions and to have tea or coffee made in advance and everyone can self serve is just a lot of time saved!

A little disappointed.

Received Coffee Urn two days before expected. Urn is as described, but seems awfully tinny for what I expected.

The coffee it's just warm and not hot like the previous coffeemaker we used to have which was a different brand. Not very happy with it.
