I followed the instructions to a tee but one bolt doesn’t fit into the frame due to what seems like a misfit in the wood. Then the wood screws don’t go all the way in so now as a result my frame creaks to no end, with any small movements. The manual explicitly states DON’T use any power tools, but to NEED power tools in order to properly tighten things into place as far as I’m learning. If I knew the manual would be so unintuitive I would’ve gone with another frame sadly. The posts for the bed are so cute though

Assembly was a breeze, color and wood grain, quality and sturdiness is great! Actually I am considering purchasing another one to replace a metal bed frame.

Love this bed. Simple and classic. Very sturdy. Looks great in my beach home. Easy to put together. Perfect height with a twelve inch mattress.

It's ok

A little daunting putting it together. The middle wood support's screw holes do not align to the brackets on the headboard and footboard

Worst bed frame

Don’t buy this bed. Seriously. I’ve had this frame for a year and out of not being able to afford another have dealt with the issues I’ve been suffering. Mainly with the middle leg frame that is supposed to support the whole bed literally about to crack when weight is on it and falling off the screw. I’ve tried lifting the bed to straighten it and it keeps coming undone and I can feel my body suffering from the strain it’s caused me and I’m done ignoring it. Whoever designed this took no thought at all much less it’s very obviously a white wooden leg in the middle of the frame that you can see under and is impossible to hide and ruins the overall look of the bed.

Beautiful and Fragile

So I purchased this bed in fall of 2020 and it started to fall apart within months. I think this was partially my fault, because I did place a heavy king size mattress on top, but also the supports underneath the bed are poorly designed. I reinforced those supports at about 6 months after purchase. Unfortunately, due to the glulam they used instead of solid wood, there is no other reinforcing I can do and the bed 2 years later feels like it could fail at any time. I am not a heavyset person and I haven't abused this bed, it was just a poor design that is probably only suitable for college dorm rooms.

Great high-end look at great price point

This bed is exactly as pictured, both in finish and style. Looks just a good as the same look from a higher end store. Overstock delivers while many retailers are having challenges.

The frame looks nice when finally assembled. However the assembly instructions are the worst ever. The frame pieces were not labeled and the instruction diagrams were wholly inadequate. It took five hours to figure out the assembly. So I am very disappointed. The slatts are not predrilled at the attach point and too difficult to screw in wood screws without drilling a pilot hole. . Not worththe money considering both quality and difficulty.

We purchased this bed frame in full size for our guest room. Material is good quality and was pretty easy to assemble (no missing parts). We added a 4.5 inch box spring with full mattress and it sits perfectly. We've had it for a year now, no issues. I definitely recommend purchasing it!

Beautiful sturdy and just generally and elegant piece

This item is great! The only thing I found was the instructions that came with it and wasn't specific enough and some steps had to be done twice.

Some inconsistencies in the finish of the wooden legs. The footboard had styrofoam adhered to it, couldn’t get it off so I had to sand it down. The construction isn’t bad, so we’ll see how well it stands up.
