We were looking for comfortable seating after owning and hating previously-owned slipcovered Parsons dining chairs. These are COMFORTABLE! . The fabric is supposedly treated, which is a great bonus. I thought that I wanted a canvas cover, however, these “linen blend” lend a nice sophistication. I like that I can remove the covers for cleaning, AND, to my surprise, the chairs underneath the covers are upholstered ( including the legs) with a neutral colored “ velvet”. . . First dinner party is this weekend, so we will see whether guests are as thrilled as I am,
