Kids Love It

So far a great purchase for our kids. Only issue is that the entry point becomes too slippery for them to get up when using the water. Would have been nice to have a rope attached, but we are making it work by throwing a pool towel over it.

Junk quality units not even 3 months only and they are coming apart.

I have spent over 15 thousand dollars and they could care less. They just want to keep sending replacements that are worse than the originals. THESE ARE NOT COMMERCIAL GRADE.

Warned you

Purchased this through Amazon for a couple hundred less. Found two holes in the bouncer and contacted hero kiddo for warranty. At first I was informed managers were gone and nobody was available to make a decision. A week goes by so I contact them again and am told they will get back to me. Again no response. So I message them that I will be contacting the BBB and magically a manager calls me within 10-15 mins of that message. He tells me he will put together a few options and get back to me by 3pm. Now it is 9pm and still no word back from them. At this point I have to say that customer service is just as bad as the durability of the product. I feel this is falsely advertised as rental grade quality. One hole in the bottom corner they acknowledged is from their machine missing and the other hole is from the adhesive not sticking properly. Now I’m out $1200 and my kids can’t use it.

Summer Fun In A Box!!!

We received the three boxes, blower, Jelly Bean Castle, and Pool on Saturday. Opened and set up on Sunday for the 2 Granddaughters that are 6 and 4. It was easy to set up and we hooked the hose up for the sprinkler. When we were done we emptied the pool and let everything dry, then deflated everything. I went out this morning and was able to inflate the castle all by myself and the girls are enjoying just the bounce house and slides today. So far, very pleased. I am giving it a 4 star rating because it has 2 slides and 2 velcro patches above the slide for the sprinkler to be attached but it only comes with one sprinkler, not one for each side.

I purchased this as a start to my rental business and so far I have booked a few rentals already. My own kids (11, 9, 7) have tried it out and had a great time. It is a good size and seems like good quality. A little heavier than I thought, as it is hard for me to move it around myself. The only thing my kids didn't like is that the netting at the top keeps the bugs/wasps trapped inside. Overall a very good purchase though.

We kept renting this exact jump house for all our family parties for $200/day, then finally realized it'd be cheaper to just buy it. I'm so glad we did! It's a great size, is very durable, entertains the kids for hours, and is easy to transport.
