Horrible product, poor quality. Because it is a market place seller, you have to go through market place for any assistance, overstock will not assist.

The Covid Quarantine is now available for purchase!!!! My children adore this waterslide and are having a great time on it. There's ample room for dad to relax and enjoy the sun in the pool area directly next to the slides. Excellent purchase.

This waterpark is enormous!! It can fit 6-10 children, depending on their size, and it's simple to put together. It's endlessly entertaining!

This thing is monstrous. My kids absolutely love it. Package came quickly and in great condition. I only wish the slide weight limit was the same as the bouncy house.

Bought this during the quarantine period, second summer being used, well worth the money! I can see it lasting a lot longer, even our dog joined in the fun!

Horrible customer support and shady item

First of all my kids love this thing and wish we could get it replaced. It came out of the box with a hole in it. I’ve been emailing support for two weeks now. It’s a third party seller and it’s Sky Mall. Yesterday they asked if I wanted a 20% discount. In the picture is tape to cover the hole on the seam so I didn’t completely throw away $***

it's awesome. Kids love it.slide could be more firm. but it works and for smaller kids it won't matter. it didn't hold me well whole I tried to attach the water hose.
