I bought this desk for my teenage granddaughter. It is a smaller size that would most likely be a good fit for a child. I am not happy with it. If it wasn't already put together, I would return it.

The pricing was great- the promotion at the time of purchase took off about $60 from the original price. It was super easy and quick to assemble, and the desk is fairly sturdy upon completion. The one thing I did notice as I was taking pieces out of the box, there were some scratches and areas of chipped paint.

Spending the inheritance early !

So , I finally got serious and bought a desk today . Not only to clear the laptop off of the dining room table but for the printer which has been set up on a folding tv tray for the past 6 years or so will look nice between the entertainment center and corner electric fire place . Saw a rolling stool that will go under it nicely waited to long on the heavy dark walnut dining room table it sold out , might as well make my unit look like a showcase piece from home and gardens before I kick off !

Not Great, But Certainly Not Bad

Typical low-cost furniture in a box. Its not the sturdiest, and the finish doesnt react well to humidity. Its not a good desk for big work loads or playful kids, but its good for something more light-work and compact like just a printer, a laptop and some books on the shelves. Im not thrilled with how thin and wobbly it is, but its sufficient for what I needed it for and (pleasant surprise) the build instructions made sense and there was no guesswork in putting it together. All in all, not the fanciest or sturdiest desk, but for the price and convenience (and being compact enough to fit in my tiny room), Im happy with it.

Very functional and worth the money

This desk was easy to put together and very functional for where I needed it. The color blends perfectly for my decor and it doesn't take up a lot of space. The quality is great for the price that I paid for it. Definitely recommend for someone with a small space and don't need a lot of computer space

It was a great size, fit exactly where I needed it. The shelves on the side are a bit small, but they're great to house a small trashcan and school supplies. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, just need to pay attention to how certain pieces go. There was a piece I placed wrong twice, because I kept putting the unfinished side up. Overall a great desk for a student.

Must have the basic tools to put together properly

Love it!! Looks exactly like advertised, fair price, fits perfectly in my little space, came with no chips , if it did, that’s because your own self did it and didn’t take long to put together. I would definitely recommend and for the price, you can’t beat that. I would buy it over and over again, Thanks Overstock😘

Tiny cute laptop table

This table is made for laptops and not desktop so far. Its tiny good for limited space and the assembly took us about 30 minutes. Pretty straight forward.

Computer desk -- Don’t bother...

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. I ordered two of the same color but got two different colors. They are wobbly, the boards are thin the screws are almost the same width as the board. The particle board was splitting and cracking. No way would these make it entire school year with two rambunctious boys.

Perfect desk and just in time.

This desk was the perfect fit for my daughter's apartment. She is a first year teacher and needed something to work on during this Covid situation. It is a small desk and does not take up much space which is good for a small apartment. The desk was easy to assemble and actually arrived earlier than expected.

Ok desk for the price

This is a decent desk for a small space. Some of the wood finish on the surface flake off around the screw holes when I was assembling it, that was disappointing but it was really an expensive so I wasn't expecting excellent quality.

Solid little desk

Relatively easy and fast to assemble if you can handle diagrams (it's not tiny step by step, it goes by chunk and type of fastener) and sits sturdy on the ground. Suprised at that much given the price. But there IS a fairly strong MDF smell...that sort of sweet chemical sawdust smell. It's dissipating slowly at least. It's NOT a big desk. It's not really a kid size desk either...the designer of this desk didn't account for the fact that the majority is right handed, so you lose the entire right edge of the desk. For a spot to keep a laptop (this is not deep enough for a desktop monitor keyboard) and some small items, it works great. I'm using it as a small writing desk to be able to study Japanese without distractions on my computer or TV. One star off for smell and the cheap plastic poles (could they really not use the metal like all the cheap lamps they sell??)

Office laptop desk

I bought this desk for my office because it was a lot cheaper than other desks that I looked at online. The desk wasn't hard to assemble, because the directions were straightforward. I also like that you can put different items on the side of the desk like a printer or other books that you might want to use. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Shelves are on opposite side

Product matches the picture EXCEPT for where the shelves are. It displays them on the right hand side but when you get it out of the box and set it up, the shelves are on the left. Other than that con, i think this desk is perfect for anyone needing a small space to work at. It was very easy to assemble and seems sturdy enough to last a while.

It's also easy to tip over. I recommend placing books on bottom shelf to weigh it down. The edges feel a bit sharp (I placed rubber bumper). When you rest your forearms it can be uncomfortable.

This product was perfect! Room for her laptop, cell phone, and school supplies. Able to set it up relatively quickly and in a small space. She loves it! and given the low cost, we're happy too!

Nice small desk

I'm only giving this 4 stars because it is wobbly. But I have to say for the price I paid I didn't expect anything more than that. It's a nice looking piece of furnture, was exactly what I was looking for and fit into my spare room perfectly. I holds my laptop, printer and office supplies. If you're expecting this small desk to be as sturdy as a 400.00 one you'll be disappointed.

Don’t buy it.

Thought I was getting an all black desk of decent quality. Wrong. Got a plastic desk with gray support poles that was incredible flimsy. I was concerned about setting my laptop and tablet on the desk at the same time. For the price you can find much nicer. My nieces play desk is nicer than this one. Also want to return it?

Small but perfect

It is a tiny bit on the small side but it fits my computer, printer, and all of my other miscellaneous things perfectly. We also have a small area so it worked out that it was that size. Supper easy to put together, I was able to do it all on my own and usually I have to have help with part of it. We liked it so much we now have another one for my student that does online school. It fits all of her school stuff on the bottom two shelves and her printer on the top shelf.

I love my new desk. It is the perfect size for the space in my bedroom. The color is the same as my bedroom furniture. I will definitely tell anyone that is interested in purchasing a desk, about mine!!!! I put it together as soon as it was delivered. I'm so excited to have this piece of furniture in my bedroom for easy access for my laptop, which now have a permanent place to sit.
