Glad We Found This Outdoor Rug Pad

There weren't many outdoor rug pad choices specifically indicating use on cement, so I was glad to find this one. The website indicated that the side w. "knobby bumps" (that's how I would describe them) could be placed face-up or face-down. We chose face-down to create a little more space and to thus hopefully reduce any mildew or rug water retention in the event of rain. We've only had the pads a short time, so I can't yet provide a long-term perspective; I'd say, "so far, so good!"

Great for a deck!

So far so good. It's been outside on a deck and we've had several storms and it's really been great with draining off the water and not holding it in the rug!

This is a great inexpensive option for a rug pad. It has some thickness to it but most importantly- it doesn't slip!!! Therefore it works!

Serves the safety purpose

It's always a good idea to use rug padding especially on outdoor rugs to prevent accidents. Good thing it's for outdoor it has a strong plastic smell.

Non slip, no loft

This rug pad is just ok. It's not very padded and is more just to keep the rug from slipping than as a pad of any kind. ***** makes a better,more lofty non slip pad that I like better, but I'm using this one and won't bother to send it back.

We've used this pad with our carpet on our hardwood floors. We've had issues with area rugs moving around the floor in the past. This has solved out problems.

Great product. Keeps my rug from slipping. I use it on my living room rug. I'll be buying another when I need it. However I will be researching to make sure this price is the best option.

It's a great outdoor pad. Very well made and I anticipate it will hold up well. It's pricey, but I think it is worth the money. I will be using this on my front porch.

True to size. I used outdoors. Did nothing to help vent or drain rain water from rug. Guess it probably helped reduce slippage, and provided slight airflow between rug and wooden deck.

great rug pad

This rug pad was easy to cut to size for my area rug. It works very well to keep the carpet from sliding on my tile floors. It is great quality and would recommend. Exactly as described. I have used this now for several months and would not hesitate to order the same item for my next carpet.

Simple. Does What It's Supposed To

Glad we ordered this with our Herat Oriental Afghan Kazak wool rug. The rug itself was lighter than expected and would have moved around on our slick floor, but this holds it in place nicely. I like that it's not heavy and doesn't attract dirt and dust like other common rug pads. It's very simple & does what it says it will do. We use it for indoor, which seems fine. Haven't had it long, just to be clear.

Outdoor Rug Pad

We wanted to allow airflow under our deck rug shouldit everget wet. Being under roof protects it but windy storms can blow through the screen. In addition it holds the rug in place and even appears to help eliminate the striped effect rugs get from the gaps in the deck floor.
