damaged part

I bought this item and when I got it I realized that one of the top parts are damaged and broken. I tried to contact the seller and emailed them two times but have not received anything from them.

Not what as discribed

Pieces were damaged and I sent a request for some money back and never received a reply. I would not take it back to the store because it was too heavy. I would not purchase items again. parts are not clearly labeled ugg I still do not have a desk.

Difficult assemble

The assembly is a headache . ToPut the topOf the table you have to have people sit on it to weigh it down so you can lock it in place

Nice item for price. works great for my needs. One drawer screw not the right size so had to buy one that works to be able to use the drawer.

It’s a great looking sturdy desk, but came broken not too broken that I couldn’t still make it work but definitely looking for a partial refund because of how many prices were damaged.the wood that holds the large drawer was cracked and many of the ends of the pieces were chipped and scratched

Desk looks great

The desk looks great. When I saw the instructions of putting it together, I thought “no way”. However, the instructions were clear with diagrams made it workable. It took a few hours to put together. The only issue was, the 2 separators on the desk top, the holes to connect were about an inch or two off. So, I was able to line up the two bottom holes and use wood glue to adhere the top portion, which worked. So, the holes in the two separators are not in alignment with the desk surface. Must be a factory mistake.

Item was delivered in very poor condition.Box was battered on all sides.We opened the box and the main desktop was completely cracked. Damage to several other pieces.We really liked the color and wanted this desk. Sent it back and was promptly refunded.

It was ugly

When put together it’s big and ugly.

It was delivered with broken wooden pieces so we repacked it back up and returned.

Desk

There were dozens of parts but they were all numbered and everything necessary was provided except tools. I’m ok with that. I have tools. There was even a thoughtful packet of spare parts, screws, dowels, fasteners etc. included although I didn’t need them. It was a nice touch in case some minute part or screw got lost during assembly. Overall the desk went together well and if I had to do another one, it would take half the time. Use extra care with the drawer guides because they have to be placed correctly. If you get them wrong you’ll regret it. You may not know until almost the last step and it would be a nightmare to correct at that point. Just pay close attention and you’ll be ok.

Great value - love my new desk!

Just love my new desk - it’s the perfect size for our spare bedroom (aka office). The quality is good and the build instructions were easy to follow with pieces well marked. Definitely recommend this desk, especially for the price. Net $0! Since it came with a crazy deal gift card for the purchase price!

Practical, Functional, Handsome Desk

This desk is AMAZING! All the parts were there & all the holes lined up! It looks fabulous & is very functional. It even has 2 electrical outlets & 2 USB plugs on top of the desk behind one of the cubbies! Very practical setup.I highly recommend if you have the patience to put it together!

The size is right for my office. The box it comes in is extra heavy.

The box was heavy so my husband brought it in the door but I’m the handy one and was able to put together on my own. All parts were included along with some extras. Desk is very sturdy and a good desk for the price. Would recommend.
