A shortcoming

Remote control for comfort zone heater does not work. Am attempting to resolve with company. Annoying to use my time for their poor quality control

This tower broke easily, and there is no customer service to talk to to get a replacement.

I am very pleased with how this heater warms our sun room. I purchased the unit based on the excellent rating I found on Consumers Report.

didn't last long

Worked well for several months, now the keypad is flakey and won't work. It did heat the room well, but don't know what happened --- maybe a static shock that zapped the controls, now the unit won't turn on and stay on.

Great Heat / Noisy Oscillator

Great quick heating of large living room. But you won't want to use the oscillating function, because it's a bit noisy.

Lemon of a heater!! Zero rating

We will be returning this space heater ! It doesn’t work. Turns off after a few seconds and smells like it is burning! We bought it because it was rated one of the best by consumer reports! I guess we got a lemon! So disappointed,. I was hoping to start my indoor seeds/gardening early! Now we have to look for another one! The rating should be zero not 1 . This heater is not functioning properly!!

Would not hold programming

While the we liked the oscillation and heating capabilities, after several attempts, the unit would lose it programming settings. Both of us tried and both received the same results. For instance we would set the temp to 65 and for two days it would work properly, but then fail. We would wake up and the unit would be at 62 and would stay there. BTW, I'm an IT techie so if I couldn't make it work...

We loved them at first, but then the noise started. We need to have it oscillate for our needs , to spread the warmth. No matter what I did there was a constant click every time it would go back and forth. Enough for it would keep us awake or wouldn’t let us fall asleep. We loved them, we bought 2. One over heats now.

This heater was very noisy - it would be hard to sleep with it cycling on and off during the night

Nice oscillating space heater with thermostat and remote. Quiet as well.

BEWARE DANGEROUS!!!

Do NOT get this heater!!! It blows out a HORRIBLE fuel smell and smoke. Blew the circuit breaker thankfully when we were sleeping. Dangerous!!! I wonder how many house fires this heater will cause.

Negative for heater and Positive for supplier.

I am accustom to hotter heat, so this one is not my favorite. First one quit after 2 months and H2 Brands Group shipped me a new one with about 15 minutes of time spent. 5 star plus on H2.

Stopped Working after 3 Months

Received December 2, 2021; I loved the oscillation feature and being able to stet the temperature. However, after having it 3 months it is no longer working. My expectation is that a product will last longer that 6 months. I’m currently looking into what options are available return or exchange .
