Box and packaging came VERY damaged. So we were suspect upon opening. Everything seemed ok, however we were missing a pair of shelf braces.

We received the item with bent edges. Trying to get it all back in the box to potentially return it was impossible so we dealt with it. Just the frame was approximately two hours to assemble with the bent pieces. Putting in the shelves I have NO WORDS for that are appropriate for this forum!! It took three of us to pull, pry with screwdrivers and hammer the shelves into place. Ridiculous! The shelves (four of them) took and additional hour and a half! I assembled my whole office desk in less than hour on my own. They are finally together and seem sturdy by getting there was miserable!

The packing did not protect the contents. I bought two sets. In each box half the vertical rails were twisted and kinked. Some of the shelves were bent at the corners. It took about as long to straighten out these part as it did to assemble the shelving kits. Do not buy this item if you are not willing and able to perform this correction. If you try to assemble bent parts you will not be happy with the results. Once fixed and assembled (the shelves took a bunch of coaxing ) you end up with a fairly solid product. I've attached 2 photos of some damaged parts before I fixed them.
